Came through with EVERYTHING they promised, and more! Will be using them again. Thank you Eric Johnson for being the leader the job needed!

The crew was professional and respectful. They took care in removing the old windows and installing the new ones. Quality of work was just as advertised. I would recommend Window Nation

Only competed upstairs windows at this time. Easy to work with. Fast and clean installation. Did good job cleaning up afterwards too. Will use again for downstairs windows.

Windows were installed well. Crew was very polite. The only thing was that there was no final check of the installed windows. They just left, but they had worked about 10 hour in the heat. They should have been given more time because the windows evidently were measured wrong and were larger than they should have been. One screen was missing, two had holes, large sliding windows could not be locked, stickers were not removed from some windows. All just minor but should have been caught by a final walk through. The crew was great, just the final touches.

From start to finish, Window Nation did a phenomenal job. Sami was very knowledgeable and the crew (Jerry & team) that did the installation was flawless. Hey and team install a total of 7 windows in a day and always kept me informed of what they were doing. This has really made my 50 year old home look new. I wish I had done this sooner. Thank you Window Nation for doing such a phenomenal job!

They called me and let me know they were running late from another job. Because of this they asked to move the install two days to the right which was alright by me.
The day of install, they brought a crew of four and didn’t quit until all windows were installed.
The lead guy inspected every window with me and took pictures of the factory defects, noted them with his supervisors and on the final forms. Didn’t try to hide anything.

Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family as well as use them in the future.

All the windows looked very clean when the team finished so I signed the acceptance sheet. The next morning with sun shining in they are completely unsatisfied
Am I supposed to clean them to , bottom inside the out. For the money I paid for 13 windows I expect Window Nation to do something to correct the issue.

Salesman was good , quoted us a price for 26 windows . Measurement came out was confused by the 26 because picture windows come in pairs . I spoke to someone at window nation and asked about the pricing since I was quoted for 26 and getting 21 . She said she'd have to ask her boss and never got back to me . Also the salesman left out a window in the laundry room . I recieved a call to schedule installation , because of dogs and just moving into the house myself and girlfriend both took off . The morning of installation I received a call at 915 am they had to cancel and wanted to do it the weekend . I said okay even tho I was having to cancel a fishing trip I paid for in advance just so we could get this over with since my house was already in shambles . The installers showed up Saturday around 10 and the windows on half the house where 2 in to big causing more and slower work for them . The 2 day installation turned into three 10 am to 7 pm days meaning once again I had lose more money taking off Monday . The windows look good , the installation crew was great , the 29k bill on top of all the money lost so they could be done leaves a bad taste . Not a great experience .

We had 8 windows on the back corner of our new home replaced to double pane windows.

It took less time than expected for windows to be ready. They were installed on the date set up. Took one day as was promised. Windows look great and already reduce noise and ac loss. The sun room is much cooler.
Installers were courteous, dress appropriately, and did a great job.

My only negative is our sales rep was supposed to be there the day of to double ck install or at least ck later. He was a no show.

We loved the fact that Window Nation spotted the flaw in the first installation. They honored their guarantee and replaced our slider windows. We were kept informed from start to finish on the status of the replacement slider windows. The techs who replaced the slider windows did a great job. They were courteous and did and excellent job. They also made sure they left the work site nice and clean.

The installers called 30 minutes before arrival, arrived in time, measured windows and began removing and installing the new windows. I noticed the installers worked as a team and would clean right after each window. They made sure that any furniture, beds, floors were covered with plastic. They would come to me and ask me questions how I prefer the windows installed. After they finish they showed me how to open, close and clean the windows. Overall I was very please with the work and how the windows looked.

The guys were great on telling me what they are doing. They would update me through out the day of installation. When done they did a great job on cleaning up inside and outside

The entire process was smooth. EVERYTHING that was discussed was fulfilled to a "T". The installation crew was on time, courteous, VERY careful of my home's interiors and did their job with exactness. I LOVE my windows.
