I had my windows installed in December. The job was done very messy and the wrong caulking was used on the back side of my house. It was done with this black caulking that is very hard to paint and cover over. I will have to repaint my new paint job on my house and on the trim. I knew I had to paint the trim but now I have to also paint my house to cover up their messy work. It has been very hard to get anything done to fix this. They offered me a $300 gift certificate but that's not enough to hire someone to paint my house and purchase the paint to do it. They promised if there was any problems there would be no problem contacting them and getting things fixed. But so far I don't find that to be true I'm very unhappy about my house looking like this after I had it all painted and looking good now I have to do it all over again but I have to have them out to fix it first. No I do not recommend these guys. Also the man who came out to check the job to make sure it was done right was very much of a jerk. First thing he said to me was my last customer was a real a hole. This is a much better word than he used.
Not real happy about that greeting. Wonder what he has to say about me?

Here's what I like. The window is great. The installers were excellent. Professional, clean, and very good at what they do. Here's what i didn't like. We added the option of a faux marble sill at additional cost. Then when the person came to do a measurement were told no we don't do that. Then I'm told we can, and to select a close match to our countertop and that they could make the install flush out to the window. I did not get either and will have to hire additional work to accomplish what was promised and charged for. The window was manufactured by Milgard not Window Nation. The windows do not operate easily as we were demonstrated in the sales meeting.

I think that all the windows were installed properly, however, a lot of small damages were made to the areas near the windows during the installation. The damages were made to the following areas:
1. Theree (3) vinyl floor tiles in the kitchen were cracked.
2. The ceiling in the office was scraped.
3. Pillar cover in the kitchen entrance was scratched.
4. The brushed nickel wall mounted towel bar in the shower room in the master bedroom was damaged (bent) .
5. There were gaps (no seals) between the top frame of the picture window in the living room and the patio door in the office. In addtion, there were small holes here and there above the windows of other rooms too (imcompletely sealed).
6. Some trims have no primary paint on.
7. My bloom was taken with them by mistake and returned after I reported.
8. Although they put rugs on the hall way and some areas during work, they didn't cover completely over the floor so that all rubbish fell on the vinyl floor and carpet floors. And the window installers wore the shoes on inside the house regardless of the cover on the floor or not.

Josh, Jesse, and Kenny did a wonderful job. They are highly skilled in their craft and this especially showed in their problem solving. They are friendly and respectful. We enjoyed working with them.

Although we waited so long for the ordering and process of our window installation, We’re happy with the service especially their window installers.

The workers came out on the scheduled day. They were great about keeping things clean where they worked; vacuuming, taking shoes off at the door. There was a scratch on a really large window and I wondered if they would think it not a big deal but they had ordered a new pane even before I said anything. Windows were clean inside and out. Workers were friendly courteous. Lead workers made sure I had inspected each window for any problems and assured me that they would come out if I noticed anything later. The windows were expensive but product and customer service means a lot to us.

All folks I dealt with were very nice and knowledgably. They were always prompt and cleaned up each day.

Install was quick and cleaned up everything.

The sales guy (Paul) was at our house for hours, which wasn't ideal. However, the admin person we dealt with (Marina), the guy who came out to measure the windows, and the installation team (headed by Ronald) were completely professional, courteous, and efficient. As long as you can put up with a long sales pitch, we recommend Window Nation due to the fact that everything in our contract was delivered exactly as promised -- on time and on budget. And we're very pleased with the results!

I've been waiting on my back 2mons ago grids and they came in finally the first week of November they scheduled the installation date for November 4th and I got a phone call telling me that they were the wrong grids and its going to take a few more weeks to correct the issue.

Getting a quote for our windows took almost 3 hours. I felt we were not given the transparency of the different window qualities upfront and only found out about the other “grades” of windows when the price was becoming too high. We asked for time to think about our decision. We felt pressured. This didn’t stop us from signing up for new windows though in June.
It’s Nov. and our windows are just now complete. Originally two windows in our front room were broken upon installation. Screens were missing. We had to wait another six weeks for new windows and had ugly black tape across the front windows of our home. When the broken windows were replaced in September another one was broken in the process. More black tape was put up. Our installers were kind and courteous. Window nation itself should have expedited our new windows.
They also told us we would be getting a vacation voucher that never arrived.

We would not go through this company again.

Little bit messy. Caulking all over siding.Screws,garbage,caulking tubes left on ground. Seemed in a hurry. Job scheduled for 2 days and did it in one,and have had to come back 4 times too finish the job.

Very polite and informative. Kept me informed on what was going on and what they wanted to do next. Did a great job cleaning up everything

Finished in half the time estimated. Sales person was helpful. Installers cleaned everything up.
The Bad
Only 2 of the 7 windows installed had the trim caulked to the interior walls

My experience was great 👍 the crew arrived on time, well organized and very polite. They were respectful to me and my son and did excellent work installing my windows and doors. I'm glad I chose Window Nation, everyone cared, communicated well throughout the entire process. Good Job everyone!

When there was a question about fit, they gave me choices and came up with the perfect solution. The contractor that they chose was professional, fast as well as proficient. Any questions I had were addressed promptly. I was extremely happy with the results.

We had a warranty repair as well as a 'finishing touch' repair to be done. Kevin came out and assessed the jobs. He completed all the tasks in a timely manner and with great care.
