Can't order different items online so you will be left ordering multiple items paying for delivery for each! Sent message to point out the online flaw, as yet to receive a reply, wonder why...

Paid for next day delivery, turned up about 4 days later , requested a refund on carriage from sales office , not even a reply !!!!! Terrible service

Not the cheapest

Not the cheapest, not the most expensive but seem to live up to the description on the site. Couldn't tear them off the worktop! Excellent delivery.

Company of thiefs

I have ordered some lock and fixings. Paid them for next day delivery. they delivered wrong stuff. I was told they are investigating so i can buy from somewhere else and i will be refunded. From one month am waiting for refund. Every time I call they start procedure again and tell me it will be done today. Do you think they deserve to be on trustpilot ?

Originally sent the wrong part. Rob in technical was really helpful in rectifying to help establish right part. Lorna in sales was likewise great and in arranged prompt delivery ASAP. Thanks!
