The set of wipers i bought for my BMW appeared to be working well until the hot weather decided to heat the drivers wiper up so much it stuck to the windscreen and when i tried to clean the screen whilst driving home on the M4 the wiper completely snapped off the flew across the motorway, fortunately I keep the old wipers in the boot and refitted the missing wiper

Tried a well known automotive parts retailer and had no end of problems re correct fit. Easy to order with rapid delivery. The part I had most problems with (rear wiper for Mazda CX3) came as an exact match. As blades are a consumerable, I will be using them again.

The rear wiper for the Ford C max chosen by the website based on my reg number turned out to be wrong.

4 stars for the good service. The windscreen I ordered was not fitted correctly to my car, left the first time I used it. Only after I complained, I received a video with full instructions on what I amend to the windscreen in order to be fitted for my car.

The windshield wipers did not fit. I sent the information to the email provided requesting to return the product. The reply stated that I will receive notification when it is processed. After multiple emails, I still do not have a return address or label. When I reached out on the chat platform, "Raina" said she could not send me a physical business address or anything other than the email address that I had already sent many (6) request to with no responses. All she could provide was to apologize for my frustration. No help at all. The address on the delivery box is not valid. They are leaving me no other option but to contact my attorney general.
