Seems like very good product and easy to use website which finds the right part for your cars very simply. However, through no fault of their own royal mail delayed the parcel - I think at the Northern Ireland hub - which is, if so, probably not even royal mail’s fault either. I’d definitely without a doubt use them again but allow a bit more time to receive the order. Quite often some of these automatic vehicle registration lookups which find the right part for your car still ask you to clarify which part you need - and often you don’t know the exact trim level of your vehicle, so I hate being messed around like that, but this website has clearly invested in properly automatically looking up the full vehicle details for you and getting it right first time without hassle and that’s why, despite the delay, I’m giving them five stars!

Point of sale experience is fine and as one might expect. Turns out my shipment had been split with no comms which meant I needed to log a support ticket so the delivery end of the experience wasn't quite frictionless. Pertinent and timely comms makes all the difference and reduces customer contact.

Having had cheap wipers previously for both our cars, and suffering from the annoying judder in light rain, I thought I’d try the Bosch wipers. Although a little more expensive, so far no juddering and gives a good smear free wipe.

The wipers came relatively quickly and were about the best price on the web.

The wiper did not fit despite it being labelled as compatible. I thought that it was just me so used a little more force and ended up breaking part of the arm. Now. Need to replace both the arm and the blade.

I have purchased wipers from Vipa before, but they are never good wiper blades. So I chose WindscreenWipers to purchase my latest set. Good delivery service and always better to purchase a good known make. This time I bought Bosch. I will use WindscreenWipers again.
