The wine was delivered quickly, and was carefully packaged with bubble wrap in a box inside another box.

Having placed my order I received a confirmation email with an order number, then there was a lull regarding shipment etc so I sent an email to the address provided after 4 working days which seems to have triggered emails from the seller and the Courier and in less than 24 hours the goods arrived at my door.
I was apprehensive having read some older reviews but this seems to have been resolved. Packaging was excellent. Would recommend and would use again.

ordered wine on December 26 and I do take into account the working days specifics and the fact that we had Boxing Day and new year I understand there would be some delay in communications because of the public holiday.
I did email the sales people a few times but didn't hear back via email but a lot of effort was made on their part to call me to try and confirm the correct address and postcode to ensure the order was sent safely and to the correct place.
Once this was established, the wine arrived in literally 12 hours by Fed-Ex from the time we spent on the phone so that was very much appreciated and extremely good service. My advice would be definitely worth buying wine from this company but maybe try calling on the phone as it will be easier to talk to a person directly. 
although the wine came in record time, I couldn't put a five star score up because I had no reply to emails and I did make slot of calls which although were not picked up, were returned.

I ordered this wine on Fri 27 Dec. There was a 3-5 day timescale for delivery. I just assumed that with it being Xmas and a weekend in that timescale I wouldn’t have them in time for New Years Eve, but I did !!!! Amazing turnaround time, well with the timescales. Delivered well packaged too, so no damage / breakages. Thanks so much .I would recommend, and will be using again. Happy New Year.

Awful customer service!!
I ordered my wine on the 3rd December and still waiting for it.
After ringing about 15 times, someone finally called me back and said my order was dispatched and i will receive tracking details, I'm still waiting for that!!
I have called again this morning to get an update and as usual no answer!!! I do not recommend at all!!

I thought from looking at the website that this was going to be a good company to deal with, oh how wrong! Total lack of communication, don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails! Only after I raised a case with PayPal did they put up tracking, I think if I had paid any other way I would still be waiting! 3 weeks it took to get my wine, will not buy from them again!

I almost made the mistake of reading Review Centre reviews on this company, do not make that mistake as they are a great firm to deal with, good pricing and even more efficient delivery.

They called me back to confirm shipment of my order and sent emails including tracking - as promised. Happy to use again and equally happy to recommend.

Took a week for my delivery to come but that’s not too bad seeing as it’s around Christmas time. I tried to phone a few time to check on my order as the website said it had been delivered after a couple of days from ordering which panicked me as it definitely had not been delivered I panicked further when the calls would not go through.
However they called me back and assured me that my order would arrive in a couple of days, and it did, so all was well.
Maybe get your website sorted and answer the phone. The wine is perfect 👌🏻

My order was delivered promptly and I was happy to get drinks which are not always available when I have ordered online. Thank you!

I found online when looking for a brand of wine I could no longer find in the slopes or from other suppliers. Placed my order and then all went quiet for a week, which made me nervous with so many scammers around. However a notice did then arrive that my order had been dispatched and wine arrived a few days later. So really pleased to get it and both price for wine and for delivery both good value. Would have been five stars with better communication and more speedy dispatch.
