Customer service gets an A++! Matt has been so great and helpful not once but several times over the last couple weeks or so. Very fast to respond and actually care if the customer is happy or not. My new "go to".

Really enjoying WINera. I capitalized the win because my first day playing I really did win 🙂. The site had more games than most of the sites I've been visiting. I had a small problem with verification as I submitted an incorrect document. Matt in super was fantastic in helping me with it!

I purchased a couple of their welcome packages with no issues. That is until there was one. I purchased another coin package and was never credited for it. Ive tried to reach their support but couldn't get a response. Finally I was able to contact someone through their Facebook account. They then quickly resolved the issue. I certainly appreciate that person for getting things done. Because of them and them only I'm changing my review. However, maybe this is just a mishap due to them still being relatively new. So only time will tell where they go from here. Hopefully all the kinks get worked out. Because I feel like the site has some real potential to be a great place to play. I do appreciate this being resolved and hate that I had jumped to a negative conclusion.

I had purchased a package and never got credited. So I reached out to them on Facebook and Matt, was able to locate it and get me credited within 10-15 minutes after contacting them. Says a lot about them!! Definitely recommend!!! 💜💜💜

The 50 cent daily bonus is pretty generous, but you have to use it within 24 hours or lose it.

What's the problem with me saving some of it up and using it when I have more time?

It's very inconvenient and seems pretty pointless.

I had purchase multiple of time haven’t redeem yet . But have referred ppl but haven’t recieved our bonus . I have email customer service quite a few times for about a week and no reply back at all. You would think they would treat there customers better.

I received the welcome bonus and I ran my overall balance up to $31,000 but now when I try to access the site it says error 522 connection timeout and I cannot access the site. I also saw in previous comments say they don't payout cash and they do not require funds to unlock winnings. We'll they are asking me to pay $100 to get the $31,000

I love the fact that upon signup I as gifted no strings attached $250 balance to play with immediately won over 70 thousand but am now being told I must load $100 to activate and verify my account and then I will be able to withdraw seems like a easy way to get $100 out of me to go wouldn’t give up $100 for $70 bands

The delays seems neverending and the process takes so long but why?? Verification takes about a week. Now I'm waiting for redeemtion who knows when it will come... This is sad and people don't like to wait. Especially when there's others social sweeps casinos that offer fast verification and redemption! But their customer support is very fast and helpful so that's a good thing. ll update stars whenever I get my redemption. I need so bad so I can deposit and play more

EDIT: I had a little snag during redemtion but customer support reached right out to help me. I recieved my redemtion less than an hour after I redeemed the way they suggested. Super stoked about this site!

I've been trying to get verified for a little while now and now I need to redeem but still waiting to get the verification completed. They are new so I'm trying to be patient and understanding.
I love their games so I hope this works out.

Don't bother playing here the slots will "crash" when spinning into a bonus round causing u to reset and u will lose the bonus and your money for the spin itself slots have no issues ok n crashing as long as your losing money spent $50 in .10 spins never got a bonus in a game I play so many other places never seen a bonus all I got was crashes save your money

One of the top Social Casinos out right now. Ive had no issues with sending crypto for deposits and payouts are quick, within an hour for me on my first 2. The welcome bonus packs are very generous. The game selection is Top Notch with all of the top guys. One more thing that separates them is the customer service. Lily was great and answered all of my questions to a T. All in all amazing experience.

i had a huge win at winera off my first purchase bonus! but am currently waiting on my KYC to be approved, after initially uploading the documents they asked for, they then asked for the back of my photo ID to be submitted as well as the front. the photo for document uploads only allowed for one photo to be uploaded. i asked support what to do and they didnt seem to know that i couldnt submit more photos. i gave support a picture of the back of my ID as they requested and they sent it in to the KYC department. this was two days ago now and ive yet to receive any email correspondence. my balance keeps growing but i am unsure if i will ever be able to cash it out due to the seeming non functionality of the KYC system. I spoke to live support several times and they assured me they filed a complaint within the KYC department. i am awaiting results. the process has been harrowing to get verified but if i am able to get verified and redeem my winnings, ill be happy to change my review to something more befitting a lengthy, yet hopefully fair KYC process and update you all accordingly.

I am updating my review to 4 out of 5 stars. The casino is obviously new so they do have a few kinks to work out with the process, but they made good on their promise and paid me out my winnings. Id say the experience was very worth the rating. I won a very substantial amount of money from a very small deposit and they followed through.

If you dont mind working with support a little to get yourself sorted I can definitely reccomend WinEra.

Update* Support did message me later in the day and ask for the transaction information and processed the payment to my account. Maybe it’s where they are new, just keep a record of your dealings but they did make it right.

Initially I purchased a welcome package and had it confirmed and send via crypto wallet. It never arrived and I haven’t been able to get in touch with support via email or chat and we are approaching the two hour mark. I understand blockchain and having to wait, but for the form I purchased it has never taken this long on any other site. So unfortunately I can’t really give a true review as I am unable to utilize the package purchased. I would approach with caution.

I love this site great selection of games and a good ui, some things are a little slow but they are new and I expect this site to be the next big thing. The redeem minimum is low and the redeem speeds are really good I’d recommend this site
