The wine cooler appears great but not fully usable as the drip tray I purchased at the same time still hasn't been delivered.
In comparison to some of the 1 star reviews, our experience was very good.
We had a loud noise coming from our 3.5 year old fridge. Customer service asked for a video of the noise and subsequently sent out replacement fans and a technician. This didnât help and a technician came out another time, but the problem still could not be fixed. The company then offered to replace the fridge for free, even though it was outside the warranty period.
Good, clear communication regarding delivery. Product arrived as communicated and we are pleased with the quality.

I bought a wine fridge almost 10 years ago and everything went well. This year I have had issues and I ordered a new gasket from this company. I made an online payment and since then I have received nothing.
I have sent multiple emails and attempted to reach them by phone call and I have received no answer or response. So please avoid this company. They are ok at communicating pre-order but non-existent after taking your money. Avoid and seek an alternative supplier.
Following responses from the company below I received an email asking when I wanted delivery of the gasket. Bear in mind that this order was placed on the 17 April and the item eventually shipped on the 6th of May. Why did it take 3 weeks to ship a simple rubber gasket?
And as of today (13 May) the item has still not been received.

Terrible customer service. The wine cooler ordered was severely damaged in transit. They tried to get me to take it with a discount, refused. Had to chase them to get a refund. Then 3 weeks later I get a threatening email chasing full payment. Their after sales people are rude. Go somewhere else!
The item I purchased was fine but I was not able to follow the instructions for loading it optimally and winestroragecompany were unable to advise how I store the volume advertised, perhaps they have not tried out all the products, not sure.
Lovely wine cooler. Great company. Answered our questions and kept in touch every step of the way. Would highly recommend.
Poor after sales service. Faulty fan reported 3 months after delivery and they were reluctant to send anyone claiming it was incorrectly installed. They finally agreed to send an engineer who fixed and confirmed that the installation was correct. Wine fridge developed another fault with a fan and not cooling. Now they are refusing to help as claiming again that itâs an incorrect installation. They are not even willing to help diagnose the fault. Had an independent refrigeration company diagnose the fault and itâs to do with the fan again. Nothing to do with the installation. Still not willing to help. My advice is to stay clear from this company and buy from a UK based company.
Terrible customer service. I placed an order in April, and was told delivery will be early June. I started chasing about 10th June, finally after 15th it had arrived at their warehouse. Multiple deliveries scheduled and not fulfilled. Every time I called, I was told it will get there.
Finally it has arrived this morning. My invoice clearly says, 'Delivery with carry in service'. The driver left it at the curb, and said, he is not allowed to enter the house.
