Thank you Gawain. Itâs a treat to have such lovely customers, who appreciate these great wines. Thank you so much for the lovely review and hope to see you soon xxx
Great wines with excellent 'customer service'
All the wines from this supplier, that I have had the pleasure of drinking, reflect quality through and through. This consistency of quality is a rarity that I have seldom experienced with other companies. The smoothness and taste is only complimented by the absence of any 'hang-overs'. However my admiration for these wines is equally balanced with that of the outstanding 'customer service' I recently experienced. I am so impressed with the range of wines that selected a case to be forwarded to a relative in a different jurisdiction. I neglected to add a postcode and there was a delay. I contacted the ever helpful Sherril and she put in the work (no equivocation!) to get the matter sorted. Excellent service, highly recommended. Thank you. I should add that my wine case was ordered one evening and was delivered the next day - amazing.
