They claims to operate under a license issued by the Mwali International Services Authority. This regulator is widely recognized as an offshore registry with no meaningful supervisory. The Central Bank of Comoros has explicitly indicated that such entities lack legal authority.
Even if a broker is offshore, once it provides services to EU residents, it may still fall under applicable legal scrutiny.

Wingo transferred my funds from my private wallet into their own account without my consent after I refused to withdraw my balance in cryptocurrency. Although I originally deposited USD, the platform is now forcing me to use crypto for all withdrawals. They are justifying this by claiming they require '2025-2026 tax receipts'—an excuse that appears to be a pretext for withholding my money. I am filing a formal regulatory complaint for unauthorized transactions, revoked account access, and forced currency conversions. I have full evidence, including screenshots and voice recordings, of these predatory actions. Do not trust them with your money—I am taking legal action to hold them accountable

这个平台盈利了就扣除利润，我在4月2号入金2000u手动交易，在盈利到3954u的时候我打算出金，在我申请出金了之后，平台说我违规，把我的资金从3954扣除到1900u，我正常手动交易.不符合他们所说的违规，可是他们使用这个理由扣除我的本金和利润.
