Great food great service, seliva was a great waitress in Milton Keynes

Had a great time, food was lovely and so was Aman our server :)

the food was amazing and staff was lovely, friendly environment. most importantly shop was so clean including the toilets.

it was alright... just wasnt great

tried the 12-piece boneless platter, where you can choose three different flavors, but unfortunately, I wasn't impressed. The only thing I could really taste was the spice from the sauce, and the chicken itself was bland and lacked flavor. Paid nearly £18 for a very small portions and not worth it. Also, while ordering, I had to lean in close to the person taking my order several times because the music was way too loud. It was my first time here, and unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back. Sorry.

I have a student who I rent out a room to that works at Uxbridge branch. That Student who works part time as they are in Uni informs me that the Manager does not know what she is doing and the restaurant is badly run. The student tells me she is abusing her position by making some staff work a 12 hours day shift, working in kitchen doing jobs that they were not trained to do even though its been falsely registered that they have done the training. The Manager is obviously taking advantage of the vulnerable staff who are afraid to speak up. I've tried to complain to Wingstop Headquarters but cant find any address to email them which say's a lot about the chain .I will be making a complaint about this branch to HSE.

Went in to order one order took them 10 minutes to acknowledge me. The music was way too loud. Sounded like in a bar. Sat and waited for 35 minutes before getting up and asking for a refund. Customer service was terrible. Will never go there again. Nothing fast about this fast food. If I could give a zero I would.

Music is incredibly loud like a night club not a very pleasant atmosphere, dirty
There is no flow of service to food, no priority on small orders such as ordering one portion of fries.

The sticky sauce flavourings aren't bad...The size and quality of the chicken wings is crap, small and quite old.

Tried their original wings with voodoo loaded fries at Edinburgh St.James. Basically 8 wings for £8 and £4 for a small handful of fries. The wings were literally put in flour and dropped to frier, nothing special that would make them £8. After 1hour I had a really bad stomach ache that spread out the while day. I had to stop eating normal and eat only fruits and veggies next day to heal from intoxication or intolerance. Which I suspect comes with the loaded fries.

Great food. Our waitress Ranjita was very friendly. Will be trying it. Again

After traveling 45 minutes to visit Wingstop in Reading for the first time with a family of 10, we were absolutely shocked by the appalling attitude of the staff. Two members, in particular, were not only unaccommodating but also outright rude. Despite the size of our group, there was no effort made to assist us, and we were told to wait 45 minutes for our food without any consideration. The lack of professionalism and indifferent attitude greatly disappointed us, and we ultimately chose to leave. This experience completely dampened our Friday evening on September 20th, 2024

My wingstop experience was great because of Peter the manager. I visited the Manchester Trafford Centre Wingstop. We had a lovely outing with my sister and his attentive skills at such a busy time was great. We will be back again because of you Peter. You're a credit to Wingstop. He was making sure everything was okay for everyone else too. You don't see managers like this around these days. You deserve everything Peter. I hope you see this review. Thank you

Paid over 20 pound for 20 tiny boneless wings no fries drink or sides, that's one pound per bite! After standing in a queue for 25 minutes at the trafford center I placed my order, pulled my money out to pay and they wouldn't take my cash, they don't accept cash, which is legal tender and unless they have signs explaining that they don't take cash them rightfully they should. They made me download all kinds of apps to pay with my phone as I'd forgotten to take my cards out with me , along come the manager who I never even asked for who told me the same thing the other lady told me. The last who served me agreed that it's stupid we can't use cash, she was lovely and my experience doesn't reflect on her lovely calm approach. I told them to remove my order because by this time I had no appetite. I had to ring my 14 year old nephew to come pay with his card and pay (embarrassing when I'm the one who's supposed to be taking him and my son out to eat) . Shocking service. If you go here make sure your not hungry and make sure you remember your card

The wings were great, but the chicken burger!! WOW! Best chicken burger in London. Great balance of flavours, the crunch from the batter, fresh bun... chef's kiss perfect.

Cold wings and fries,Wood Green branch,after complaining we were often a fresh batch of wings which were still cold,after comparing about these we were offered more,why would anyone pay 25 pound for food that has to be changed three times,also manager didn't look happy when we refused his offer,we asked for a refund but felt he was offended by this,still sitting at table for his response

Food was exceptional, The customer service was a delight. Rajitha, and employee in the Hounslow branch went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was great.

Terrible customer service, i had a QR code for 8 chicken wings which didnt work and staff refused to take it

What a great experience from wingstop at Milton Keynes!!! My son who has autism, has been invited for the opening, he was offered food to taste which was extremely tasty. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful,
I will highly recommend Wingstop not only in Milton Keynes but all over UK.
