This is a scam company with the most horrendous customer service. I waited 4 months for the dress which was the most awful quality - unlined so it was completely see through and absolutely enormous despite being an XS. The refund process has taken a further 3 months. They are slow to reply. They don't keep their promises and I have had enough of being scammed by fake companies. They deserve to go under and I hope no one ever buys from them ever again. STILL waiting for a refund and I will be contacting my bank and seeking legal action if they don't sort this out immediately.

Returned a dress as unsuitable 19/6/26, still waiting for a refund 6 weeks later.
