Requested a £200 withdrawal over 24 hours ago, support repeatedly told me they clear withdrawals in a few hours, so why hasn’t mine been processed? Also, twice in the space of two days I’ve had issues loading the site and they just tell me it’s a problem with my internet despite everything else working fine.

Response time from support is terrible also,

Money on the pending from 24 hours , no real chat person available, it says within few hours if via PayPal and now no money but deposit taken immediately. reported issue hasn't been solved only automatic email has been generated. No one contacted me yet so my experience is negative i would avoid this casino.

Less then 24 hours ago I went on chat to a safer gambling team. They agreed to limit any deposits in the next 24 hours. Also at my request they agreed a £600 deposit and loss limit across all of their brands.

To my horror and extreme disappointment I was able to deposit £1263 into my account

Jag satte in pengar detta casino och allt funkade tills jag skulle börja spela. Då funkar inte sidan alls. Pengarna gick att sätta in men nu kan jag inte ta ut dem. (Saldo och annat är "grått". Alltså inaktivt).
Jag har mailat och även fått svar. De svamlar bara om att gör det och gör det. Jag vill bara ha tillbaka mina pengar men ingenting händer.
