Probably the worst casino I've ever played with I don't understand how they have a licence. I withdrew money via trustly says instant but it's been over 24 hours now avoid this site just after your money and theres no customer service either just avoid proper dodgy site.
I'll take it back I got my withdrawal they just don't do it on weekends guys

I am surprised at the negative feedback. I won over £330 and the money was in my account two days later. I had contact with Customer Services who were very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Avoid at all costs. You can’t withdraw your funds, let alone speak to someone. They can see me trying to connect on live chat but they’re choosing to ignore me. And never respond to emails. Funny how they are available when you have a different type of problem. Scam site!!!

Generally quite good - but inconsistent
Generally quite good, historically very quick withdrawal timeframes I would say 9/10 I've had the money paid within 3-4 hours. Pretty good selection of games. There are bonuses but I don't really understand how to use them so have not bothered. This most recent few withdrawals have took a bit longer, still within the timeframes at the moment in their terms and conditions not sure if it's changed recently but I use to be paid out on weekends even, that doesn't seem to be a thing anymore. But kind of grew accustomed to the next quick turn around from previous withdrawals, made me think that was the norm. So disappointed with most recent withdrawal requests but it is in timeframe they state so yanno.

When a player signs up, their identity gets automatically verified as per the UKGC guidelines. Subsequently, once a payment method is added, they're prompted to upload verification documents that show that the payment method in question belongs to them. This helps expedite withdrawal requests, so that when you have luck and are ready to cashout, we have all the necessary documents and you can just receive your winnings without further complications.
These documents are reviewed manually by a specialized team that works Mon-Fri. From your review, it sounds like you may have submitted your documents on Friday afternoon, and hence our colleagues were unable to get to your account by the end of the day.

Very misleading
Very misleading welcome bonus, when I asked on chat for clarification I was further confused with tonnes of copy and pasted terms full of jargon. Then told I may have a gambling problem depiste getting so fed up that i tried to withdraw my deposit without gambling it at all, then i had to jump thru loads more hurddles. Upload various documents on a system that doesn't even work! PLZ AVOID! Safe your self the stress!

We understand you found our bonus policy unclear, especially the part where you cannot activate multiple bonuses at once. This is a policy that's actually set up so it's to the player's benefit. It allows players to activate a single bonus, see if they're lucky with it, and if yes, withdraw any associated winnings, while the rest of their bonuses remain in their bonus queue to be activated later on as desired. Otherwise, requesting a withdrawal would result in all activated bonuses being forfeited.

Love winomania, one of the best sites to play on never really any issues I won a bit of money mondays
didnt get till Tuesday it was paused because I needed to upload my bank statement but with getting on chat 10 minutes later my withdrawal was successful and had an email confirmation checked my bank and it was there love the site only downfall is could do with a few more games such as Irish frenzy, even bigger catch, eye of horus etc. Ither than that brilliant 🎉😊👏 also just had another win tonight well a few £340 just off a few spins I only put £20 on as well 🎉
