I am very unhappy as I ordered clothing


I am very unhappy as I ordered clothing and paid for next day delivery and it has not yet been delivered - or have I received any tracking info .I only ordered because I wanted the goods to arrive before Tuesday as I am going on holiday.Considering this cost £15 - I am very cross that there are no lines open or customer service available.Please do not offer a service and take money for something you know you cannot deliver - I think that is fraudulent! Very disappointed.J

Our next day delivery service is available on orders placed Monday to Friday (before 2pm) and is not eligible on orders placed after the cut off on Friday or at the weekend. These details are show on our delivery page which I have linked for you here:

Would you like me to organise for your delivery to be shipped to the address you will be at on holiday? Or would you prefer I cancel your order for you?

I have checked our phone and email records for Saturday and Sunday and I can see no contact from you on either day. We have no record of a call from your mobile or a call from the area code for the address on your order.
