I tried to cancel my order 1 day after I placed it and they sent me an email saying it was already shipped and takes 14-30 days to receive. Yesterday my tracking number says it was delivered and I never received any delivery. I have referred this to my credit card company to investigate fraud. This company is nothing but a scam!!! Don’t order from this company!

Company stole my money and never delivered the product.

Now they say it was delivered. No it was not. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE or any similar to it. They are scams.

I ordered from this Winsleigh company on 7/4/26 paid $51.83 this included the $1.51 extra protection for the order. Today 8/22/26 I have not received my order. I received an order update email and when I clicked on the tracking number it said that it had been delivered on 8/5/26. People, need to be aware of this company and never order from them because they are scammers.

I marked as a 1 but would do 0 if possible. Items never arrived when I first reached out they assured me it was on the way even though it was 3 weeks later. Next time I contacted them they said they could find no record of my order. I sent them proof of the order they promised to look into it and get back a month later still nothing and no further response from them

Take your order and your money, give you false delivery information and refuse to refund when not delivered. SCAM WEBSITE!! They sent notification that it was delivered, then sent another stating that it would be delivered in a few days. We have cameras all around our house. Nothing has been delivered, and neighbors have not received anything. Even paid extra for the "insurance" in case of loss, damage or no delivery. 🤬🤬🤬 Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

They took the $40 for package ordered, then sent useless emails congratulating me in it arriving. THEN: 3 weeks later tried fraudulently charging my card over $300.

I saw WINSLEIGH company online & it stated that it would donate to Breast Cancer, I was happy to purchase their products, free delivery with more spending. I ordered June 28, 2026, received Order 4806, then nothing, no date for delivery email. I reviewed everything & received a fake tracking number message, which updated quite regularly. Never received anything, checked online tracking system for USPS, WINSLEIGH tracking number was not correct. Emailed stating No delivery, WHY? Returned fake delivery info. I asked my bank to request a refund, they denied my request & WINSLEIGH gets to keep my funds? Something has to happen to the SCAMMERS, because it’s theft.

I am so tired of all the scams, cons and rip off artists who regularly rob American citizens of their hard earned money, simply because they CAN!! How long is this legal system going to look the other way as those from foreign countries come here and are GIVEN a platform to deceive through fraudulent business practices?? If this legal system was operating at an efficient level to protect the Amer. ppl from these morally bankrupt swarm of locust, they'd be behind bars or deported..yet they continue. WHY?

Never delivered. Ordered 5 items from this company, Never received a delivery confirmation email. Checked site daily, Site stated package was delivered on a specific date and time. No delivery photos. Contacted company and received a run around. Checked with neighbors to see if package was delivered to them on my behalf. NO. Company continues to give me the run around. Asked for complete refund. Denied so far. I feel that this company is definitely a scam company.

I ordered from this company a month later I questioned where the order was. Told it was delivered however I have not received it and neither have my neighbors. Never received email stating delivered. Tried repeatedly to get delivery address but only get run around from different co names. Requested invoice just get ignored and vague message saying been delivered. Co says will contact USPS for delivery info then a week later get same email about delivery and follow up. I believe this company just takes the money and there is not ever a real order. It is a scam

Ordered June 27 2026. As of this date have not received anything although tracking order #5088 shows it was delivered 30 days ago which is impossible time wise. Got scammed again. Will avoid popup when playing games. Prices and merchandise is very.appealing buyer be aware before spending money

I placed an order for 18 items on June 22, 2026. According to the website, they purport to be a UK company, when in fact they are a Chinese company. According to their records, the package was supposedly delivered to my home on July 23, 2026. Unfortunately such package was never received, despite the fact that I checked every day for delivery. I am retired so I am always at home. I have reached out to Winsleigh on multiple occasions with no resolution, and no refund. I would highly recommend that no one waste their time, effort or money attempting to do business with this company.

The tracking was not kept up to date, and at first I could not see the package at all. Later, the package showed as having arrived in my city, but after 4 days it had not been delivered.

Finally, it showed as delivered, but it was not delivered to me. Customer service had answered my other inquiries, telling me to be patient. When I told them it said my package had been delivered but is not here at my door, and asked where it had been left, they refused to answer anymore. If the package was delivered to the wrong apartment, I do not know where.

I sense they have been lying to me the whole time. If they work it out and I receive the package, I will revise this review.

I placed an order and was able to track it. Unfortunately on the 10th of July I was notified the order was delivered on the 11th. Of course it was not yet the 11th. I never received any part of the package. Fortunately I was able to recover the payment through my credit card account.
