Company cares about their product

I was delighted when my Wynssy package arrived. I was even more delighted when I saw the elegant silk bag containing my scunnchie. Both are just perfect.
I appreciate the attention to detail.

Beautiful silk and a problem with the…

Beautiful silk and a problem with the too tight of a fit. Had to make alterations to be able to use.

Good to know you our silk material satisfied to you, all Winssy silk sleep eyemask include silk fillings are 100% grade 6A mulberry silk. We are sorry to know the elastic band are too tight for you, we were designed according to the average head circumference size of Americans, but we will take your good suggestion to make it in adjustable design for future. This pillowcase is not long enough for…

This pillowcase is not long enough for a Standard pillows!! My pillowcases is always coming off while I'm asleep.

Thank you for your new feedback Pauline, considering silk pillowcase material is too smooth, if you use a thick pillow with envelop design would be easy to coming off, we would suggest you to choose our Queen size pillowcase, do you want have a try?
