Winston provided exactly what I needed. A simple monthly payment to cover a lump sum for funeral costs to my family if it comes to that. No need for detailed health questions or diagnosis.

Friendly explained everything made sure I was happy

The whole process was very easy and professional and all done over the phone, the gentleman I spoke to genuinely a nice guy who cared about he was doing and it actually shone through.

I applied before being made redundant and couldn't commit to a plan. I was discreetly kept in touch with by James Turpin who called me to discuss my present situation. I'm still out of work but we managed to create a plan that I can extend in the future. I now have piece of mind that should anything happen immediately, my children won't have to fund my funeral. Excellent customer service, James was also very helpful and full of empathy. I have no issue in your company using this call recording for training purposes on how to excel at customer service. 10/10

I've put on getting covered for so long but after speaking to Christian Smith I'm finally all sorted. Very friendly staff, incredibly efficient and helpful I actually understood every thing she said and Policy worked out cheaper than anywhere else.

I've compared life cover over the last few days from about 20 different companies and Winston is by far the winner for returns and other features of the policy. Cover starts after 12 months or immediately if you die because of an accident. No payments after age 90 but cover for life. Also the option of increasing cover where both payments and payouts increase yearly by 3 percent yearly to keep the policy inline with inflation. Five stars and thank you Lucy Cowd.
