I can't say enough about Dale in whom works at the Costco Abbotsford location. He goes over and above . He always gets me the best deals recommends great options answers text questions promptly .. and recently came in on his day off to finalize my daughter's phones. Dale is amazing and I appreciate him immensely. Thank you Dale for such great service over the years. . I hope wireless wave reads this and gives you a bonus..

I went to purchase iPhone 17 Pro Max in Bayshore mall, Ottawa, Canada on 1st December 2025. The agent named Abdul Provided incorrect information about the availability of iPhone 17 Pro Max . He sold three 17pro max phones to his friends during my wait time. I have waited 4 hrs in the queue to purchase a phone where the agent sold three phones during this 4 hrs. I had the worst experience. I don’t suggest this place for any purchases.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to your needs. The staff I dealt with was patient and did NOT try to direct toward spending more. I had occasional for follow up and they were just as helpful as when I was purchasing. I would recommend WIRELESSWAVE to anyone for a phone or plan.

Michael at the Burlington Mall assisted me in my search for a 11 inch IPad although there are mnone in stock, Michael was a professional, courteous, helpful and engaging unlike the staff at the nearby Virgin Plus mobile booth. Michael continues to touch base to assist me in my search. Thanks Michael for going beyond the call of duty. Much appreciated. This is the Burlington Mall location.
