To make matters worse, they confiscated my remaining balance of £16.48. They claimed that because my balance was under £30, it was being absorbed as an "administration fee" for closing the account, and no refunds would be issued.
Looking at other reviews and forums, it seems this is a common tactic: abruptly closing accounts to sweep up users' small balances under the guise of maintenance or administration fees. Absolutely predatory behavior. Avoid keeping your funds here.
