We had already had a solar assisted pump to heat our water so knew the company and installers were good. The instal of the 2 air to air pumps was complex and the installers recommended an alternative solution for upstairs that was a great improvement. The pumps work really well and heat more than the rooms they are situated in efficiently and quietly.

Once we had made the decision to invest in 'green' energy, we contacted a number of companies to advuise us on the way forward with quotes. The best by far was WiseGreenEnergy, very friendly and approachable; no pressure selling, engaged to understand our percieved needs, advised without any prejudice on type of energy to prioritise within our budget and family circumstance and left us with as much info as we wanted (not left drowning in brouchures and technical jargon) and an open line to the rep and the owner if we required further assistance. they weere the only company out of six we engaged with that ticked all the boxes, whats more their aftersales support (im not the most technically minded and somewhat forgetful) has been excellent. couldn't recommend them enough.

Disappointing overall, pre sales was great, give all the right assurances and made a big deal that they used in house installation teams and that the customer was their top priority, didn't turn out to be true.

Installation team weren't in house, didn't want to install to the agreed scheme, left the system not working correctly despite it being flagged to them before they left, although they did manage to send the invoice for the system with a demand to "pay immediately" about 5 mins after the install team had left!, I did chuckle!.

Wise Green basically weren't interested that we'd be treated this way, no one contacted us about our installation issues, any emails we did receive were clearly templates, spelling mistakes, good afternoon when it's morning, etc.

Not really sure what's going on there, but they don't come across as particularly worried about post installation support, was palmed off to a junior project manager to fix the problems with the system.
It's not like we spent pence with them, we spent over 10 grand, just hoping we don't have any more issues with the system because I'd prefer to avoid having to contact them again if possible.

Buyer beware.

Company were knocking on doors and asking if interested in Solar etc, which was perfect timing as I will be getting solar and battery fitted. Took my details and then followed up with a call to arrange an appt the following week. All booked in, usual questions asked, what am I looking for etc. 1hr before appt I was contacted to say 'sorry we need to cancel as the surveyor had a family emergency', all good, these things happen. They followed up and arranged another appt, saying they will call to confirm day before like last time.
Knowing it’s a work day and I was willing to give them max 1.5hrs the agent then proceeded to try to push a 'remote survey' using Google earth etc. I explained I was happy for a formal site visit and not interested in the remote. Continued to push me for remote. By the third attempt to push remote I now stated I am only interested if formal site survey or its good bye, to which the phone was hung up.

Per some Google reviews I have seen I would agree this is likely due to old school pressure sales when onsite, or no doubt an amazing offer if signed up today.
Yes I don't know if this is true but hey, that is personally how I feel based on my limited dealings with this company. Will take my money and spend it with another local provider no loss to me.

We recently had a visit from Wise Green Energy after we got in contact to help us understand our options for renewable energy solutions amid the energy increases.

The chap maintained professional and courteous throughout the visit and made us feel comfortable, no pressure just walking us through the systems, technicalities, costs and savings at a pace we understood. They did what they say on the tin, consulted and informed! (Which is rare to find these days)

Unfortunately at this time we decided not to proceed as we will be moving, but we will be back to Wise Green Energy for our new property with plans already in place!

We accepted an invitation for an assessment for Wise Green Energy energy saving products. We were visited by an exceptionally polite person who suggested what would be a fit for us. We signed a contract and paid an upfront percentage on a solar assisted heat pump for hot water. We then had a second visit for a survey of the internal and external positioning possibilities followed by a third visit by the fitters. We had contact with head office whenever required. We liked the personal approach of this small and effective business and are pleased to support the Suffolk company, SAHP, which makes the pump. A week later, we have constant hot water, reaching 53 degrees, without our boiler even in the coldest, darkest days. The two man team fitted the whole thing in a matter of hours. There was no invasive mess or fuss. We are pleased to be saving gas and electricity at this time and are pleased to be greener. Thank you to all involved.

We have been pleased with our hot water system.
We had a valve stick which caused a leak, just one phone call and engineer promptly arrived an replaced valve, working fine since.

The summer of the first lockdown we were spurred into going green with our energy consumption after a friendly meeting on the doorstep with a member of the team. After a follow up phone call and a site visit we were talked through the best options for our property. We were very impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the company and didn't feel pressurised into buying a product. The extra time we were given by the marketing manager helped us come to a decision we were happy with.
The whole installation process was swift and non -intrusive and the engineer left with everything functioning correctly.
We have now been enjoying the benefits of free electricity for the past 18 months and our bills have more than halved. Now that energy costs are going up we are even happier with our decision to go green.

Wise Green installed two air to air heat pumps in our draft barn a year ago. After a cold winter last year and another this year we have found them an excellent source of heating, well priced at initial outlay and quite economic to run. Wise green were courteous and informative at every stage of the proceedings, and the installers were skilled and efficient finishing the job in two days. Thank you!

We were approached by Wise Green Energy in an unsolicited call and unusually, we decided to respond.

A date for James to explain the theory behind Thermo Dynamics was set and he explained the principles well. We were especially interested in the renewable content and with the likelihood of electricity costs savings went ahead with our order. We felt it was a good addition to our air source heat pump.

The installation date was set, altered due to unforeseen circumstances and the door sized unit was fixed outside on a wall out of sight, with the relevant pipes and wires connected to the very quiet heat exchanger, in our airing cupboard. The engineers were efficient, polite and it was all over in half a day. The hot water was up to temperature within 6 hours.

So far, we have recommended Wise Energy to others, but in preparation of proof of cost savings, we made sure we were on the best electricity rate possible, e so we have a before and after view and then will feel even happier to recommend others.

Wise Green installed solar panels on our roof. We were so impressed with the panels, their performance, and Wise Green's service and customer care, that we have now gone back to them to have a battery bank installed.

Wow- hot water by the gallon at the turn of the tap, and we now have so much hot water we can have a bath whenever we want. We are very happy with the outcome and would have had this years ago if we had known about it. I would recommend the Solar Assisted Heat Pump to anyone, it’s brilliant and non invasive. I have had the Air source heat pump system installed for nearly 2 years now and it's been a really great way to heat my property, easily installed and easy to use, and a massive saving on the cost the oil system that was in the property when I moved in.

We have had our solar assisted heated pump fitted just over a year now and it is worth it. Our heating fuel bill is much lower as we no longer use the boiler to heat our water. The boiler has been switched off since May as it is now only used for central heating during the cold months. If you want to save money on your heating bills I suggest you give Wise Green Energy a call.

We were interested in installing some kind of green heating or electrical power source in our detached house. Green Energy were recommended to us by a family member. Simon was very helpful in discussing the options with us, and we decided against a solar panel due to the aspect of our roof and the unlikelihood of the installation paying back it's upfront costs in the time we expected to live in our house. Instead we opted for a solar assisted heat pump which would provide us with hot water, for which we currently use our existing gas boiler. A key attraction of this system is that for a nominal charge it can be moved to a different property; giving us the option of taking it with us when we move house. Simon also recommended that we upgrade our hot water cylinder which was too small to use the system efficiently.

The original installation did not go ahead to due to an issue with the new hot water cylinder (which was being supplied by another company), but after a few days delay the installation team turned up. They were friendly and professional, and set about installing the system; quite a difficult job given that the new cylinder only just fitted into the cupboard, and the constraints of COVID-19.

We did have an issue with water pressure the next day, which apparently is not uncommon. The installers came back and fixed this within a couple of days and since then it has run smoothly.

We now have a space age black panel situated on the side of our house, and a pump hidden away in the loft. It's very satisfying to turn on the hot water tap and know the water is being heated (almost) for free.

Its still too early to tell what the precise benefits of the system will be, however I expect in the summer when we are only using gas for cooking we will see a significant reduction in our utility costs.

The only downside is that we have had to relocate our towels, as we were using the additional space above the original cylinder as an airing cupboard!

We have had the benefits of dealing with Wisegreenenergy on three occasions. Every time there advise on how to improve our house has come with no hard sale, just the facts and benefits to suit our needs.

I have been living with an air source solar assisted domestic hot water system installed by Wise Green Energy for the passed six months. I can honestly say it does what it should, loads of hot water albeit a little slower to heat a tank full than an immersion heater. The main benefit has been the cost of hot water. My electricity bill has gone from £230 to £56 per month. That is a whopping £174 saving a considerable bit better than Wise Green estimated. Very good installers and full honest information from the company. Am I happy? You bet I'm five star £174/m better off happy.

We were attracted by the simplicity of converting the freely available air to a hot gas, day and night.
We are able to enjoy hot showers at 8am with enough hot water during the day for any other uses. We are very pleased with our decision to go ahead with the conversion.
We were very impressed with the quality of the work done, the obvious skill, dedication of time and considerate manner of the mature fitter.
