Sent the wrong computer. It was a 14 instead of 15". They didn't have the right one in stock, so I opted for a discount. In the time elapse in dialog between myself and Wisetek, Ebay closed the opportunity to rate or return. Now Wisetek just says "We're working on it!" but I know they aren't. They know I can't give negative feedback. I'm screwed. Oh well. Shop somewhere else...

I was looking to purchase a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad X1. After a few days searching on the internet, I finally came across a company I'd never heard of before, that being Wisetek based in Cork. I contacted them with a couple of questions regarding the X1. I found them to be quickly reactive and very helpful. I ordered the unit on the Tuesday, it was despatched on the Wednesday afternoon, I received it on Thursday at 13:30. I was more than surprised at the rapidity of the delivery as I live in the South of France. The X1 was in the condition advertised, I had it up and running in no time. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Many thanks to all the team at Wisetek.

Typically good but i sent my 83 yo mother there to purchase a laptop. Once she received it wouldn't boot up. Like no QC at all. No response on email. I can't recommend

The product was great for the price and arrived faster than expected.
There is a need to provide specifications of their website, i had to depend on copilot to confirm if the laptop is touchscreen or not, it is important to include in very great details of the specification and features.

Bought a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad as a Christmas present. Ran into an issue setting it up, not realising how long updates take, I emailed customer service and they got back incredibly quickly and were so helpful. 10/10 service. Highly recommend this company.

Bought a refurbed Laptop at Wisetek and had a really good experience. Unfortunately the charging cable that came with it didn't work so I wrote to the customer service and asked for a refund of the cable. I got the money back and the person who wrote to me gave additional useful tips on how to make the Laptop work even better, which had nothing to do with the problem I had, so it was really kind of them to give me that information too. 10/10 experience. Customer service that good is very rare. Also the Laptop is great at a really good price.

They always work with you to make your purchase right and honor replacements if there are issues.

I bought a refurbished MacBook Pro from Wisetek Store and everything was flawless.

Just bought a refurbed dell precision 5550 for xmas. Very good condition. Happy with it. One little problem is the left hand clicker of the mouse pad doesnt work most of the time which is a bit disappointing

Bought an iPhone 12 for an unreal price in July. Sadly it became defective, however I emailed Simon, who was incredibly helpful and I returned it and got a replacement in 5 days. Really happy with this, will definitely use Wisetek Store again
