Do not use this company!
For a start, I paid in full before my job was commenced, big mistake by me.
Wish Clean quoted $280 for bond clean, 86 for carpet clean, 87 for pest control and 150 for blinds.
When the contractors inally showed up half an hour late, they came in and started taking pictures, now my place was pretty good to begin with so not sure why..
They didn't look like they had much equipment, just a battered old Mazda 2, they sad they didn't do blinds, scary as I had paid for it and needed it as part of my tenancy agreement. The day I'm handing back the keys is a bit late to tell me.
I left them and got a telephone ad message to say that they woud be charging me extra for an extra patio door and extra cleaning which was odd because my place was pretty good.
When I returned around 5 to inspect I had to go around and clean a few things myself. The carpets had not been cleaned, the blinds had not been cleaned and pest was not done.
Also the property manager had to call back the cleaners to complete work which they never did as by the time they came back the next evening , the new tenants had moved in. This cost me a days rent in compensation to the tenants.
I am still awaiting my refund after numerous emails stating I will not pay for services not rendered. I sent pictures and still have not received my refund.
This is ridiculous.
I wish I had read the reviews before .

This company was kind, easy to communicate with, and they did a great job! And at a great price.
We got our full bond back and couldn’t be happier :)

Honest and helpful service i got. I received by bond as well.

You would think a cleaning company would clean the trash in their office.

A couple came to my home, no equipment, looked around, called someone in front of me and spoke for a while in a foreign language. I then got a call from their boss attempting to charge me double the original quote.

I asked why none of these things that "require more attention" were mentioned in the quote form. He just parroted the price at me.

I told them I refuse to pay for this service and I reject their quote.

They then tried to get $80 from me for a "cancellation".
Absolute con artists, do not ever use this company.

Please do not make the same mistake as me.

Worst Service, better to stay away they don't understand customer problems, they will take money from you and run away without completing the job

Unprofessional service. Didn't clean apartment properly. Do not hire them. It's a waste of your money.

We paid for a $318 bond clean and they sent someone who did 15 minutes of cleaning, they basically did nothing. This is a complete scam, Shree who we were dealing with tries to pretend he will help you and asks for a exit report which they don't you don't have because you can't leave your place uncleaned if you want to get your bond back.

He is an absolute disgrace as a human being, this company should be shut down.

Also says Swoosh Bond Cleaning on the invoice.

Cleaner turned up 1.5 hours late and left me waiting. Then spent 3 hours on her phone not cleaning, they left the apartment in an unsatisfactory condition. Carpet cleaners didn’t even turn up neither did the pest. It was dependent on me chasing them up and this proved difficult with language barriers as their service center was overseas. The language barrier and any attempt to resolve any of this was almost impossible and met with obstacles, they made you pay before services had been completed and refused any refund. They also refused to turn up when the inspection failed. The whole experience with dealing with wish was stressful and I strongly recommend you do not use them.

I never write reviews but they’re bad got charge extra 120 because they said it was to dirty they said they’ll clean oven clean walls but never did. Stay away from them

Absolute worst cleaning service in Australia. They are the biggest scam company I have ever used. They sent a quote, cleaners came out, had a look, called HQ They called me back saying it will cost double. As I needed to have the place bond cleaned urgently. They make you pay upfront. I agreed as I had no time. Left them there to clean, came back 2hrs later, they were gone. They poorly wiped the kitchen bench, poorly wiped the bathroom vanity, made the shower screen dirtier than it was, poorly vacuumed the floor. They did not clean the showers, didn't mop the floors, didn't clean the windows, didn't wipe any walls, didn't clean the wardrobe doors, didn't clean the fans, didn't clean the oven and a whole lot more. I've been chasing them for 2 weeks and they refuse to give me a refund. They said the cleaners would be back to clean, never heard from them. Had to hire other people to come clean.
Replied to their request below, After 2 months of frustrating phone calls to their India call cantre, no progress. they offered a $50 refund. I reported them to Fair Trading and will persue the matter further with the tribunal once I hear back from fair trading.

Charged me $420 to clean my house, called me 17 times for payment 3 hrs into an 8 hr clean, house was still dirty, sent photos and requested a re clean to which they denied even with photo proof. Worst customer service and experience, do not recommend

Services was good and the cheapest one overall good

We paid over $600 for e days of bond clean and carpet cleaning.... the contractors arrived on a motorbike. When I asked about carpet cleaning and they looked at each other and said yes e erything was in the doordash bag.

I tried to email from their website and didnt realise it had bounced until after our realestate agent didnt like the clean job.

Turns out the carpets weren't cleaned!

When I called to ask about having them redone, i was told they couldn't just do carpet clean. And then I had to email them my bank details to refund and they have then given me a different email address for a company called CBCG.

I have just looked them up and CBCG has also 1 star ratings so I have a feeling wishclean is the same company trading under wishclean.

This is a complete scam company! As we now have to fork out more money for carpet cleaning in order to be getting our bond back.

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish.

Misquoted at first (team member claimed system error when I mentioned the $200 difference online)

Rescheduled three times.

Asked for keys to be mailed back, confirmed SIX times. I have emails, texts and call logs to confirm. Keys not returned. No one paid any attention, at any stage. Zero communication.

"We said we're sorry" offered up.

Do not use this company. They subcontract, don't pass on easy messages and don't follow instructions.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
It is a total scam. Booked in for 8am. Received a message at 10.30pm the night before saying they’ll be there at 11.30. They arrived at 2.30 with no equipment. Took photos and demanded I pay 3 x the quote. $1,000 for a 2 bedroom apartment bond clean. I said no and they just left. Without cleaning a single thing. I wasted ALL day on the phone trying to reach them initially and then the call centre. Now they want to charge an $80 call out fee. Our real estate agent inspected the property on the same day and outright laughed at the quote of $1,000. They need to be shut down.

Not done a good job. Customers advised to see the reviews before appointing them. I missed to see those reviews. I was disappointed. The cleaning was not up to standard for the money paid to them.
