Do not order from this site!! It’s a scam!! I ordered from withchic. The size ran differently and material was very cheap!! I tried to return it and instead they offered me ONLY a $3.00 refund, otherwise it would cost $30.00 for me to ship it back which is more than the cost of the $26.00 sweatshirt. Stay away!!!

I wish I’d read the reviews of this company before buying any of their products, as they're scam artists.

I ordered a top that was visually a pale dusky pink and described as "pink" on their website and when it arrived it was beige with gold sequins. I emailed them to notify them that I'd received the wrong product as they did have one on their website that was beige with gold sequins.

However, in their response they said the pink top I'd bought was actually better described as “apricot” and that they’d update their product description and give me a £2.50 refund for the £25.00 top that was a completely different colour to what was specified on their website! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Wished I would have looked up the reviews. Worst! Runs extremely small & costs $30 to return 2 items to China. They offered me 6$ to keep them FYI~ so weird. I think this is how they make their money, those of us that just don’t want to return the crap! & it’s crap! The quality is very low! Good luck if you order from them.

I've emailed three times to let them know i need to return
an item,and need a return address. I was very disappointed with one of the shirts I ordered, it was too small and looks nothing like photo

They are scam artists that lie about everything!! And PayPal won’t even protect you. You will never be able to return anything. They are located in China, not CA. They give you fake tracking numbers, and nothing comes when promised. Their sizes are way off. I wish I had read reviews on independent sites! Never again will I allow myself to be scammed by disreputable sellers like this.

I wish I would’ve read these reviews before me and my boyfriend purchased our jackets last week. I keep checking the tracking for my package and it keeps saying it’s not found and it has been saying that ever since I purchased it. On top of that I had put in my Texas address and I now found out that my package has been delivered to New Jersey..! How does a Texas address look like a New Jersey address!? I wish I could give this zero stars, never again will I shop on this website.

This is a scam website! Do not use! They are daylight robbers! Their clothes are pathetic and they never refund your money. I’m £100 out of pocket because of them and have sought legal advice to sue. Who is with me? We need to stop them

Placed my order on October 3rd and have not received it yet or a WORKING tracking number! Can not contact these people! Tried to contact them and it does not work! Give me my item or my money!

I paid. I did not get anything and they refused to refund my money back. They stole $32.99. Do not allow them to keep stealing. You can write to PayPal to stop them at spoof(at)paypal.com.

Do not waste your time with this shady business. I recently ordered 7 items from them. When they arrived I tried them on and need to return 4 of the items. Two of them for not fitting even after following their size chart. The one item looks like 2 different dresses put together and does not match the photo. The last item I need to return is because the top of the dress is completely see through and it is not in the pic on the website. According to their return policy you must email them first. I did that just so that they can tell me to regift or sell the items because they’re only willing to return $28 of my money. That’s not even half the cost for the four items. How is this company even allowed to do business like this in the US. They need to be shutdown for being crooks. I’m going to contact Paypal about their shadiness and hopefully they will get their name off of this site. Do yourself a favor and stay away from withchic.com.

I ordered two dusters. It took forever to arrive. Upon opening the box sequence fell on the floor. I did find on both long strings with missing sequins. Both items were the same size. I could fit one and not the other. It was right at all. I wrote them immediately. I received response saying, sorry you couldn’t fit them. They are Asian sizes. They asked if they could refund on $20 of my money. I said no. Send return label. They both are damaged and one don’t fit. I want a refund. They then said that it would cost a lot to send back. Nothing since then. Don’t waste your money unless your Asian sizes.

I will Never Buy anything from this website ever again. I placed an order from them on February 24, Today is March 12, I have yet to receive the package. I emailed them and I was sent a tracking number but only a label was created no item was shipped out. If I would have read these review first I would have never order anything from them. order #EN51581

The time of 25 working days that it takes the shipment of a package in standard conditions was fulfilled the 6 of October.
And in addition the last state of the tracking was the 12 of sept/17.
Will someone from that company be able to report in a serious way when it will arrive the paid or in which department of that company begins the process for the return of the money or a demand by default and scam?

Item shipped was damaged. Had to file a claim through PayPal just to get a response from company then told me to take their damaged item to a tailor to have it fixed. Finally offered half my money back. Will never buy from here again.

Item ordered was not as described. Totally different to the the model wearing it on the website.

I emailed and got told it is the correct dress. They sent me a different picture to prove themselves.

They offered a 10% refund for me to keep the dress. IT's THE WRONG DRESS. Why would I want to keep it.

They then asked me to return to them for a full refund. I have to pay for postage. Again this is not going to happen.

I've now raised a case with Paypal.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING!!! It's a complete joke from china. I have ordered 4 dresses for my bridesmaids, which we returned straight away as the quality was shocking. We had to pay postage around £35 back to China. Then WithChic accused us that the dresses are dirty and use, while they never been worn only tried on. They also sent me a picture of one dress with a hole in it (like a cut). Unbelievable. I received my refund £10 short after long negotiation. Overall lost £45 for nothing and I am extremely unhappy with their service. I will never buy anything from them again!

This company is an absolute rip off and they will con you out of your money. I ordered a pair of shoes from them and not only did it take a month to arrive but when it did it was the wrong size. When I tried to get a returns authorization they said that the shoes were custom made and I was ineligible for a return. Mind you nowhere in the description box for the shoes does it say the shoe is custom made. Matter of fact, it says the brand name of the shoe which is how I found this site in the first place because I googled the brand name and description of the shoes and this site came up. Do yourself a favor and NEVER purchase from here. I wish I did my research before and found out this was an Asian scammer site.

I needed these dresses in a week and the shipping assured e it would come in time, but then they took 8 days to prepare it! Also the dresses look nothing like they do in the photos! One is a complete different color, all the white ones are see through and one is a completely different design! I will never order from here again!

I ordered a "long coat" size XL, and what I recieve is the shortest kid-size coat Ive ever seen. I would never order from them again and never reccommend them to anyone.
