Will be one of my go to 1st to look for a lovely gift.
What a lovely efficient company. They obviously care about what they do and it shows extremely helpful. The postage let it down but that was Royal mail not them so it came later than it should have, but definitely not them. I got a bracelet for my daughter and she was absolutely thrilled with it. I will most certainly be using this company again I’ve seen the bracelet on her. She wears it all the time and it’s beautiful. Thank you so much. With love jewellery. Highly recommend.

Love it; bought as a gift. Simple but effective. Wasn't sure if would receive '7 rings' on bracelet as there is no where to select specific number when purchasing, but was so relieved when delivered. Exactly what i wanted.

Lovely bracelet I've had many…
Lovely bracelet I've had many compliments with mine, but i placed my order and noticed my delivery address was wrong, so emailed the company within 2 minutes of placing order. I also messaged directly off the web site In total I sent 5 messages and emails unfortunately I'm still waiting for a response now..I've managed to track and collect my order from my old address luckily. I think if your going to have a message service and email address they really need to respond to them.
I responded twice to you on the 22/05/2025 I've forwarded the emails to you and because your not receiving i also screen shot and attached the pictures. You responded to me twice yesterday..I sent the same message on your direct page as I did via email yet your stating it only had my name on it.
I wouldn't write a dishonest review.

We're truly sorry to hear about the communication issue. Our online chat system shows that you typed your name, but you didn’t actually leave us a message - we did ask if we were able to assist, however, we did not receive a response. We asked you to provide screenshots of the emails you had sent to us on 22 May 2025 to ascertain how you had contacted us and the screenshots confirmed you had replied to the order confirmation email, unfortunately, this is an unmanned account. We have now fixed this to ensure we receive any messages this way.
We're so glad you were still able to collect your order and apologies again.
