Finally, billing infrastructure that actually keeps up with our Al platform
As CTO of Revrag, I've spent a lot of time thinking about infrastructure -
but billing was always the unglamorous cousin nobody wanted to own.
Before Paygent, our invoicing process was entirely manual: we'd pull
consumption data, cross-reference it against client agreements, and piece
together invoices in Zoho. For a n Al voice platform billing per minute of
call usage across multiple agents, this was a nightmare.
Paygent changed that completely. What impressed me most was how
precisely they modeled our billing complexity — per-agent pricing,
minimum commitment thresholds, telephony costs, implementation and
maintenance fees, GST/HSN compliance, all rolled into automated monthly
invoices. They built an API-based integration so that when we make an
agent live on our platform, it triggers enablement on Paygent's side
automatically. No manual intervention.
The team was responsive throughout - twice-weekly syncs, fast
turnaround on every data discrepancy we flagged. When STT billing data
for our Health and Motor agents wasn't reflecting correctly, they
debugged it across multiple sync cycles and got it right.
If you're building a SaaS or Al product with usage-based billing, Paygent is
the infrastructure layer you didn't know you needed.
