This was my second purchase from WJM Tech. On both occasions the service and quality of the product (HP All in One PC) has been above and beyond. Very responsible and professional company.

wjmtech did a great job of sorting out a problem that i had previously had with them, very quick to respond and very courteous.

Worst of the worst!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!! I purchased two monitors and wanted to return the items from the Netherlands, but James Murray failed to send me a return label (because I'm not located in the UK). Therefore I had to send the item myself, but because it was not clear to the courier that it was a return parcel, WJMTech had to pay 41 pounds to customs, which they're not doing. AND NOW THEY DON'T PAY ME BACK FOR MY PURCHASE OF 150 EUROS!!!!! I just want my f#$*%*@cking money back.

Had ordered a laptop, and then needed to cancel. Company was very understanding and helpful, communicated swiftly, and handled the return with the minimum of fuss. Thus, exemplary customer service, which means I would certainly look to them again for future purchases. I was very impressed! Definitely recommended.

An excellent product at a very good price and a quick delivery

Delivered in time, very good condition

Bought the PC and had a slight minor issue with the HDMI port, however after being contacted by WJMtech they sent me clear instructions on how to fix the issue, very fast and friendly responses, the PC works well and everything's fine now (I also switched from HDMI to DP)

I can't fault the service received from WJMTech. This was the second PC I had bought from them and it was delivered promptly and well packaged. I had to contact them regarding a minor issue and, once I had found the correct phone number, their advice was spot-on.

My experience was much as expected given I have bought from them before straightforward and no hassle

Great packaging, that’s about it! Ordered refurbished dual screen with stand, came with all the wires. Stand had missing part or maybe instructions were not correct. The screws didn’t fit had to buy new ones and then one of the dual screen holders had a default. By the time I’d put it together too much aggro to complain! Screens didn’t work to start with, luckily had two spare power cables and once changed they worked but am out of a power cable for another screen. Have emailed, no response about some of this, so far no response!
