i think it's funny that wild.io and wolf.io both lie about their rtp to get people to play like 200% rtp on some slots or 150% rtp but when you play I loose 100 spins in a row which isn't even close to the rtp they claim which i already knew would be the case. Also they lie about a bunch of stuff like slots not crashing when they constantly are, they kept my $15 deposit saying it was lost in the blockchain, then to spit in my face i asked before i deposited that If its alright im in california and that i can kyc but it will be with a CA ID and the agent told me yes and asked if i wanted to use a special promo they made jsut for me! can you belive it. then they just wouldn't verify me then when i complain say i have multiple accounts.... excuse after excuse I had a wild.io and a wolf. io account but I guess that's not allowed or they jsut make shit up. Also they still keep begging me to make a deposit after all this they can keep the $15 btw the minimum LTC is 0.05 which was less than $3 so idk and idc they just greedy

Just don't use bonuses, they'll rip you off. Just made a deposit of 20 dollars to get 150 free spins, it got 110 and decided that it was gonna let finish the spins and stopped mid game and said expired spins when I had 40 left. But before that, I won 250 dollars and was able to cash out no problem to my Bitcoin wallet. It works without the bonuses

Deposited, endured the wagering while my fav games were locked and once done, none of my favorite games behaved like they would anywhere else. Then my cashback, less than $2, they took because I was capitalizing on it or about to. Cheaters, liars, snakes; that's where I'd categorize this site.

Really bad dark UI patterns

I was checking out this casino the other day and I randomly won a $500 jackpot bonus, 1x wager. One they have built-in, I didn't enter any contest of whatever, it seems to be triggered randomly when you play. I got the notification, clicked on it and it opened a popup modal. Now, I don't know how many of you are familiar with how UIs work (or are supposed to work), but in a popup modal, the button 'cancel' is almost always used to close the modal.
This popup had the options to activate the bonus, and next there was a 'Cancel' button in normal grey. I saw the bonus and thought I'd activate it once I played with the funds I already had deposited, to avoid the infamous wager patterns casinos love to trap you in with these bonuses (It didn't say that bonus was 1x wager on the popup) so I absent-mindedly clicked cancel because that's what I'm used to click to close modals. As soon as I clicked, it canceled the bonus, without any type of warning or request of confirmation.

FYI, in normal practice, any destructive button is usually red and most importantly requires a confirmation step, and what they've done is called a dark pattern. Sort of like when apps hide membership cancellation buttons, except this is way worse.

Sent them an email for explanation, they first tried to say I canceled it after activating it and after also clicking on a confirmation warning. Both weren't true, as I never activated it and they don't have any confirmation step from the popup, only in the bonus page. When I made them notice that, they said regardless of where in the website, if I canceled it they can't reactivate it. Awesome customer experience.

After my emails, at least they changed the Cancel button in the popup to 'Forfeit bonus'. While still not showing any confirmation step anyway.

So yeah, nothing too bad at the end of the day because it wasn't my money, but I believe this says a lot about what these people might do. Just a warning.

First they give you fake bonusses where you need to wager 3000euro for.... Every time you want a payout they decline it. First you need to wager the deposited amount before attempting a payout, but then when you finally you did all of this, then you need to do a KYC, where they ask way to much personal info. Its all a mechanism to keep the money inside, they refer to the terms and condition that no one reads before making a payment. Sorry for my bad english.

Update: now 1 week further and withdrawal impossible.

This site is a scam operating out of Croatia and it uses some of the worst predatory practices I have ever seen. It feels designed to make sure users lose. The results do not seem random or fair. It feels controlled by an algorithm that decides when you will lose, no matter what you do.

The so called bonuses are not real bonuses. They are traps with confusing conditions that can easily cause you to lose all your money if you do not follow unclear rules.

Customer support does not understand how the platform works and provides incorrect information. This platform raises major red flags and should be avoided.
