Purchasing from Wolph was a truly enjoyable experience! The glasses were of acceptable quality, and the shipping time was reasonable. Overall, quite pleased.

The customer service team, especially Marco are very attentive. Questions I had were responded to in reasonable time.

The website has a wide variety of products, especially their own brand products, which are unique in design and high-quality materials.

The women's waterproof laptop backpack I purchased is not only stylish and practical, but also very comfortable to carry and has a strong waterproof function, which can protect my computer and other important items even on rainy days.

Very disapointing with Wolph! Would not recommend, I’m afraid.

Had a waterproofed bag that flung open when full, due to bad design and poor buttons. Invited them to look themselves at the bag design but they didn’t (I would suggest this is an e-commerce business that is registered in London but ships from overseas?).

Shame as the company had a good website and I loved the look of the bag and the price - but proved too good to be true. Refund process took a while as well…

Stick with trusted companies is my recommendation to anyone reading this…

Have purchased a bag however I am still waiting for it to be dispatched. I have tried to contact customer service who clean l claim to be 27/7 with a reply in 12 hours, I have heard nothing back. After reading some reviews below I am now concerned I will never receive this bag.

Update, customer service have got back to me telling me there is a problem due to the delivery address. This has been confirmed to be the correct address and again communication has completely stopped. Has my order been sent? Is it lost in a warehouse? Who knows?

Bought a backpack. It arrived, three of the zip ties fell off so I reached out for support. A month on and I'm yet to hear anything and don't have any replacement backpack or refund. Won't use again.

I purchased from Wolph and like other customers, I was also disappointed in the size and quality of the product, especially for the price.
When I submitted my returns request, I was told that 2 backpacks had to be returned, when I only received 1 package.
I think this is a tactic to avoid the “30 Day Money Back Guarantee”, as I am not receiving a solution. Extremely disappointed

Shipment was so fast. Customer service was reactive.

I was promised that I would get my postage for the return paid. Now I am told that is not the case. Am still waiting for the refund. As in the past no reply to my emails.
I think the other people who said the service is great must be talking about another company NOT WOLPH.

I purchased a back pack and did not like the design or quality for the price I had paid . I emailed to ‘request ‘ a return , and then returned it within the return period . The item was returned by tracked delivery and received by Wolph … 29 days after they received it I am still waiting for my refund, and 4 days since I contacted them to ask for it when I was told ‘it should have been refunded within 10 days so we will investigate…’ … how long does that take ?! Until the customer forgets ?

Excellent customer services, very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend Allison and the Team at Wolph!

Bag was the worst quality, not stitched or lined up and arrived in almost one month !
I can’t even return it as it cos half the bag to return from Australia to the UK. Absolute rubbish and rude !

Poor quality, terrible customer service and had to get paypal involved to receive my refund over a month later.

I ordered a backpack for my wife as gift. Received super fast and product was of fine quality, which was great. We did have to change the colours, which was done rather smoothly. Overall it was a positive experience.

Had to chase every step of the way, from delivery to returns to refunds. Still haven't been refunded and it's been months. Don't buy from this company!!

They don’t tell you anywhere that they ship their products from China. Still waiting from my delivery its been more than two weeks and the item hasn’t left China. They claim to ship within 48h and arrive in the UK within 7 days. Shady company with a nice website. I will never use again.

They seem like a good company with a Nice website But be warned You will ONLY find out if The item is in stock is 3 Days or more after You bought it...... You can't make this stuff up. The only reason this is not a one-star review is that they said I can get a refund or a replacement. but due to how it's phrased it seemed I have to do it myself and I bought it without an account for the website, and they didn't say how. (They shipped a similar item but its taking 2x the shipping time they said already so i only bumped the review to 3 stars)
