Very disapointing with Wolph

Very disapointing with Wolph! Would not recommend, I’m afraid.

Had a waterproofed bag that flung open when full, due to bad design and poor buttons. Invited them to look themselves at the bag design but they didn’t (I would suggest this is an e-commerce business that is registered in London but ships from overseas?).

Shame as the company had a good website and I loved the look of the bag and the price - but proved too good to be true. Refund process took a while as well…

Stick with trusted companies is my recommendation to anyone reading this…

No communication

Have purchased a bag however I am still waiting for it to be dispatched. I have tried to contact customer service who clean l claim to be 27/7 with a reply in 12 hours, I have heard nothing back. After reading some reviews below I am now concerned I will never receive this bag.

Update, customer service have got back to me telling me there is a problem due to the delivery address. This has been confirmed to be the correct address and again communication has completely stopped. Has my order been sent? Is it lost in a warehouse? Who knows?

Poor quality & customer support

Bought a backpack. It arrived, three of the zip ties fell off so I reached out for support. A month on and I'm yet to hear anything and don't have any replacement backpack or refund. Won't use again.

Typically, we aim for response times 12 hours or less, but on rare occasions where an enquiry wounds up in our spam box or other unforseen technical issues, this might go unseen by our support team. Potentially causing a delay with responses to your enquiry.

I purchased from Wolph and like other…

I purchased from Wolph and like other customers, I was also disappointed in the size and quality of the product, especially for the price.
When I submitted my returns request, I was told that 2 backpacks had to be returned, when I only received 1 package.
I think this is a tactic to avoid the “30 Day Money Back Guarantee”, as I am not receiving a solution. Extremely disappointed

I purchased a back pack and did not like the design or quality for the price I had paid . I emailed to ‘request ‘ a return , and then returned it within the return period . The item was returned by tracked delivery and received by Wolph … 29 days after they received it I am still waiting for my refund, and 4 days since I contacted them to ask for it when I was told ‘it should have been refunded within 10 days so we will investigate…’ … how long does that take ?! Until the customer forgets ?

Our general aim is to complete all returns; including refunds and replacements, within 10 business days. Delays might occur due to a problem with the returned item(i.e. not in the expected condition), a backlog due to higher than usual activities or your item having being delivered to the wrong address by the courier (which might delay our access to the parcel ).

Bag was the worst quality

Bag was the worst quality, not stitched or lined up and arrived in almost one month !
I can’t even return it as it cos half the bag to return from Australia to the UK. Absolute rubbish and rude !

I ordered a backpack for my wife as gift. Received super fast and product was of fine quality, which was great. We did have to change the colours, which was done rather smoothly. Overall it was a positive experience.

Shipping goods from China but they don’t tell you that

They don’t tell you anywhere that they ship their products from China. Still waiting from my delivery its been more than two weeks and the item hasn’t left China. They claim to ship within 48h and arrive in the UK within 7 days. Shady company with a nice website. I will never use again.

They seem like a good company with a Nice website But be warned You will ONLY find out if The item is in stock is 3 Days or more after You bought it...... You can't make this stuff up. The only reason this is not a one-star review is that they said I can get a refund or a replacement. but due to how it's phrased it seemed I have to do it myself and I bought it without an account for the website, and they didn't say how. (They shipped a similar item but its taking 2x the shipping time they said already so i only bumped the review to 3 stars)
