Don’t order Womo lighting unless you don’t need it anytime soon. I placed an order almost three months ago and all I can find on the tracking is that it arrived in the US from China and waiting on customs.

The light is very poor quality and does not look like the pictures.
Customer service terrible, received a defective light and they tried to blame us for damage during installation. We had not installed the light. Return sound easy but is not. You have to return to the USA and pay duty and tariff on top of expensive shipping.
Worst purchase ever

Bought two of these fans. One works perfectly but the other had a busted transmitter right out of the box. Called support and they already have a replacement part in the mail. Good customer service so far, will update when the part arrives!

Our light fixture is stunning, an extraordinary value. It is contemporary without taking over the room, attractive, yet understated. In a world where wood is back in fashion, this light blends seamlessly with our decor. Yet I was afraid of the distance it had to travel to get to the eastern USA; do not worry. This light fixture was packaged better than one could imagine, with an obvious pride to someone having spent their hard-earned dollars. Thank you, Womo Lighting, for being that company.

I use these Womo's fan lights on my covered terrace. They're so necessary during hot summers, and the customer service was excellent.

Zuerst hatte ich über die Webside einen weißen Kronleuchter mit geraden Armen bestellt. In der Bestellbestätigung war er dann schwarz mit gebogenen Strahlerarmen. Stornierung nicht mehr möglich, da schon auf dem Versandweg. Leider gab es zwischenzeitlich ein Hin und Her mit dem Kundendienst.
Zu guter Letzt habe ich die schwarze Lampe behalten, die tatsächlich mit zusätzlichen Lüsterklemmen in der Installation, wunderbar aussieht und sehr gut im Wohnzimmer aussieht !
Der Kundendienst war sehr entgegenkommend .

It was super easy to install and the quality is great. Applying all the crystals was a bit tedious, but it was worth it in the end. Value is excellent!

After we installed the fan, I turned on the light and noticed strange "damage" that wasn't visible when it was off. It seems like a quality control issue, and I'm pretty unhappy with it. I wish I could get this piece replaced.

I appreciated that the whole order came in one box. It just makes things so much easier.

It looks so good in our hallway that we're planning to get another one for the upstairs landing.

I was looking for a light with character, and this is perfect. It gives off such a cozy, warm glow, and I love the clean modern design.

Fantastic looking light. I couldn’t have chosen a better looking light for my entery hall. Believe me I looked.

Bought 2 lighting fixtures. Both are horrible quality. One came with a broken light screen and neither one works properly. There is a delay when turning the light on, when it does turn on it flickers constantly. We tried contacting the company to return this garbage and they don't return any calls or emails. Terrible company

There was a problem with my light. Replacement parts were sent out immediately so I was totally satisfied and the light works perfectly.

Lots of lumens! I specifically searched for a bright ceiling fan light and this delivered. The fan also puts out a lot of air. I use the lowest setting on the fan and that is more than enough. It was easy for the electrician to install. High quality product. I love it. Would purchase from Womo again.

Don't order if you want your lights in a reasonable time. I ordered 30 days ago and they're still on a ship somewhere. The update has said "preparing to dock" for 4 days. Customer service told me they'd arrive in the US 3 days ago. Who knows how much longer till they actually clear customs and ship to me. Nothing when ordering gave me any idea it would take this long.

This is a nice fan, though the motor arrived slightly bent, which made a rubbing noise. Luckily, I was able to make an adjustment and fix it.

These are beautiful, modern fans that move a lot of air. The only small hassle is that each fan needs its own separate remote.

I bought two fans and one of the remotes had a problem, but customer service sent a new one quickly. Now they both work great and look wonderful.

Low quality fan and light. Cheap materials and even incompatible installation hardware. I guess people in china are dry wall anchoring their ceiling fans into their ceilings. Refund process is a scam - they act as unprofessional and redundant as possible to make you give up… avoid cheap Chinese made products…
