It's a rubbish website. Without any tab for cancel anything. I carelessly clicked and want to cancel. Most of the site can cancel. But they capture as soon as they can. Then they said can cancel only if you receive the book. But then you ask about un-subscribe or how to return back. They don't reply your message at all. They choose to answer you or not. If they can ask you subscribe, they should have a way let you cancel if as a consumer doesn't like. But there are NONE of this button. As they don't wanna let it go.

They lure you into a subscription that you dont realise it is until its too late. And the quality of the book awful. Even my ten year old son said it doesnt make much sense when reading it as if its a bad translation from chinese ir something. They also make it hard to find more information on them. Stay away!

I did not want to keep their book. I contacted this company for a full refund per their return policy. They emailed me that they would give me 30% of my price back. Their return policy said a full refund. These emails went back and forth until finally I said I would accept 90% and throw the book away. Earlier in our correspondence they told me I would have to pay to have the book shipped back and it would be costly! This contradicted their Refund Policy. I will never shop at their site again.

Oh if only I had read the reviews before buying! My 11 year old grandson is having a difficult time settling in at his new secondary school, so after seeing a glossy video advert on line I paid £30 plus postage for a book I thought would help him. I am a pensioner and could ill afford this book, but thought if it helped him it would be worth it. How wrong I was! It's like a small comic type book that I wouldn't have bought from a charity shop for a few pounds. Don't fall for the glossy adverts. I feel so cheated, it is not worth the money.

I totally agree with the previous review; buy expensive, receive cheap. They advertise a hardcover really good-looking book aimed to help children deal with everyday problems in life: bullying, etc. Excellent advertising on FaceBook and website; says lots of wonderful reviews. All total rubbish! What you receive is a cheap paperback that you can buy on Amazon from £4.75 - £6.99, translated by a Chinese translator from Chinese. The company then tell you that this is identical to what they advertised.

When you complain, support seems good (“we want to sort this out for you / we understand you are upset”), but it comes down to the well known China trick:- send it back at your own expense (and you lose that money as well for you’re unlikely to get a refund) or keep the book and we’ll refund you 20% - so you maybe get a 20% refund for a book you could have bought on Amazon for 80% cheaper.

Do not touch this company with a bargepole; they may not be a total scam or fraud because they *do* send you a book; unfortunately it’s not the book you expected or paid for. Personally, I would call this a scam.

Would give zero star if I could.
In my opinion, this is a scam company. They advertise a good-looking book to help children and a cheap piece of rubbish arrives; cheaply printed and translated from Chinese by a Chinese translator; totally useless for an international audience.

Don’t be fooled by the slick Facebook and website advertising; it is, I believe, all a lie.
