Not a great experience
Their website says that you will receive your order within 48 hrs, I waited 2 weeks and did not receive my order.
After several reminders, I requested to cancel my order, they cancelled it and gave me a refund.
They ended up sending me the video which only included my daughter's picture (no personalized message), even after issuing the refund.
Final verdict, if you have time to wait, you may receive your order properly.

Amazing idea
I wasnt really sure about what to expect from this website but the video was astonishing!!! My son loved it, it’s been a week already and I can’t count how many times he watched it 😂 great idea guys
