Products are of high quality and delivery was within time advised on their website.

Excellent company, lovely products and personalised customer service. I wanted something that only came in a gift package but they sorted it out to purchase separately without any fuss! The rhubarb and rose is amazing- first brought at a craft fair but reordered via the website for refills!

Beautifully scented wax melts and candles with a clean aesthetic design. I personally found the wax melts to be stronger than the candles, but both create a beautiful ambience to a room. Fantastic customer service throughout. Thank you

Recently purchased Wood & Bates wax melts at a craft fair and cannot believe how much I am obsessed!!
Each melt is beautifully hand decorated and the range of fragrance is fantastic. My favourite is Rose & Rhubarb. I would never have chosen Rhubarb for a scent, but as soon as I smelt it I was addicted. I cant believe how long the smell lasts, filling the room. I certainly will be ordering more and very excited to explore their other products!!!

Have just purchased ornamental stars. They look fab on my fireplace but I can't wait to make a special feature of them at Christmas.

Stunning scents - stunning presentation

What a great experience dealing with Woods and Bates.
I wanted to purchase a gift set but knowing that my mother has a very sensitive sense of smell to some fragrances especially floral sweet smells i explained the situation to W&B and left it to them to choose the wax melts for me..
My mother called to thank me and was thrilled with it and said that the melts smelt lovely and the burner was perfect. In fact she said she was even keeping the box it came in as it looked too posh to throw away....

I purchased some melts and a burner for a gift from Wood & Bates at a craft fair recently and I felt compelled to write a glowing review.........the 2 ladies were so friendly and helpful and professional. I wanted a selection of melts for my mum who is very particular and fussy about scents, and they were so happy to help me smell all their waxes to help me narrow it down. The quality of the wax and scent is very high, which is important to me when i purchase items. They also boxed it all very beautifully, the attention to detail with this company is very apparent. They also have a lovely ethos and spoke that they support the Kent Autistic Trust, so felt they are really genuine people. I love to support independants and will definitely continue to buy from Wood & Bates, what a lovely brand.

I purchased a gift set for a friends birthday, it arrived really quickly and was beautifully presented.

She was really happy with the gift and loved the variety of scents from the wax melts.

Will certainly purchase again, next time for myself!

Truly wonderful gifts picked up today for our wedding thank yous. The presentation is immaculate and so much thought and effort gone in to each little gift. I saw the full range today and everything is beautiful, it really is like hand-picked little treasures. They made ordering really easy and made everything possible. I can't wait to hand these out to our guests. Would defo recommend and will definitely use again. Thanks ladies ♥️

I absolutely love these wax melts! They are so fragrant and people always comment on how lovely they smell. I would highly recommend these to everyone. They are great as gifts or just for your home.

Amazing. Have tried others but these are so much nicer. The scents are superior, will fill the room and beyond. They smell just like the real thing, rhubarb, rose or lemon etc all smell fresh not like some that smell artificial.

Delivery was fast and the packaging is very nice.

They recommend soy candles too and these are much better than wax no soot and last longer, bonus.

Rose and rhubarb and sea minerals are two of my favourites so far.
I have also purchased some of their gift boxes, for birthday gifts which again are very nicely packaged. I had to contact them as I wanted to alter the order if possible, Kristyan sorted it for me no problem. So customer service is good too. So all in all I'm very impressed and would highly recommend them.

The products smell beautiful! The website is so easy to use and the owners are are very helpful. My favourite is the rhubarb and Rose scented melt. It is all natural soy wax which is amazing too! 100% reccomend
