Great quality for a sustainable race medal.

This is the third time I have ordered medals. The quality is top notch, customer service & communication is excellent. Highly recommended.

The colour on the medals is wishy-washy, not bright and sharp as shown in the pre-purchase illustration. The medals were delivered to the wrong address - the one I lived in 2 years ago, despite last year’s medals being sent to my current address and this year’s reminder of my current address (after noticing that the e-mailed invoice had my old address on). I was also contacted by phone by someone asking how the race had gone and whether I had any medals to return - 6 weeks before the race was due to take place and before the medals had been received!

We had a fantastic inaugural event with the Fields & Forest ultra trail marathon. to help make it such a memorable event we gave all finishers a medal made by Zero Waste medals. Everyone loves the medal. I was very delighted with the result of the medal and how the design was put onto the medal. It was just as I envisaged.
