I received a few free samples and wow....they are awesome. Very very nice!!

This company is terrible, don't order from them, we did get our order but a few were damaged and they won't answer us by email or phone to get new panel. They made us order more of it because they said that we didn't meet requirements for shipping and now we can't finish the project because some were damaged and they won't get back to us. They scam people and the products aren't that good. Don't buy from them and go to another company even if you like this company, not worth the trouble you will have. I may try and Sue them because I know have to take down what I bought because I need more because there was damage and they won't respond to get new one. I won't make another order because I know they will say I have to order more to get them shipped and then I'll have more than I need and I'll spend another couple of thousand dollars again. There's way better companies out there selling this stuff. This company should be out of business with the way they handle orders and bad business. I should have googled them first before I ordered.

I placed an order for acoustic wall panels on Oct. 22. I then received both a phone call and an email from Wood Panel Wall that my order did not meet the minimum dollar amount for free shipping. I was told by a representative that she would check with the shipping department and see if it would be cheaper for me to order more product or to pay shipping. I never received a call regarding that so I called. I tried to contact them 15 times and they never answered the phone or responded to my voicemails. I honestly thought they had gone out of business. Imagine my surprise to discover that they had charged my card for an order that was never shipped. I contacted them and asked that they issue a refund since I had not received anything. They did not respond. I of course am disputing this with my credit card company, but it is insane that they didn't just issue a refund. This is one incredibly disreputable company!

I had a very good experience on my first order with the Natural Oak panel product. It was a smaller job, so I took the risk without having much reference. My second job was much bigger. All was well until the delivery was unpackaged. The shipment was split and part of the shipment came when promised, the rest arrived days later and they told me it was coming "today" three days in a row. This was the Real Oak product and I found half the panels had a manufacturing defect. These slat panels are supposed to have a perfect gap between slats and fit together with other panels to have that same gap. What I found was the first board on the panel was placed with an smaller gap. This meant when I put next to the next panel, it was visibly different. I called and didn't get a call back initially. Finally, I got through and they offered to send new panels. Great, but how do I know they don't have the same problem? No guarantee. I asked for a discount on the panels shipped, as I had to remove, reattach, and trim each felt backing and manually space each panel. I also had my customer's occupied space filled with scaffold and living in different spaces while I worked in a bedroom. Waiting for days for them to ship me more panels was a bad option for my customer. The company has ghosted me. No responses. I completed a review on their site, but it would appear they don't publish bad reviews. So here I am with Trustpilot!

Has got to be a scam. 6 days now, not shipped? I thought the prices were too good to be true. I’m honestly surprised to hear anybody received any panels at all, damaged or not. Guess I’ll start my journey on getting either a refund or contesting it with my bank. Stay far away from this fraudulent “company.”

In substantial pre order conversations with this vendor I pointed out that we were ordering the five 4x8 panels to cover a 20' wall. The panels are not 4x8 they are 1' x 8' and only cover 5' of wall. By the time I returned to the location of this jobsite to open the package it was past the deadline to return.

Ordered $1500 worth of accustic wood paneling. They charged my card, but I never heard anything from them, nor did I get a shipping notification. I called and called. Finally spoke to Maria who said my material was backordered!! She offered to ship a taller (10' vs 8') similar item. I said I would need to measure the space and would get back to them in the morning. I then proceeded to call over the next 4 days!!! No one answers the phone. I left 6 voice mails. No one returns a call. I emailed twice. No one responds. I just contested the charge on my credit card. STAY AWAY!

Affordable panels and they deliver it fast.

Delivery was late and panels damaged.

Please can you refund my $2,000!!!

I usually dont spend time writing reviews, but for this company, I need to spread the news. Avoid doing business with this company at all cost. I returned the wall panels back to them in January of this year with my own shipping cost, because some of the wall panels were broken, now it's May, 5 months later they refused to refund my money back. I filed a dispute with my credit card. The rep told me that there is a customer who also filed a dispute worth of $2k against this company. If we keep filing more disputes against this company, their bank will soon stop doing business with this company.

Cannot get hold of them to discuss my order, long waits and little information

Excellent Product/Beautiful Panels. Our panels arrived with some minor damage to the boxes, but the panels are beautiful and in excellent condition. Delivery was delayed past the initial date by about 3 weeks, but everyone we ordered wood products from is having delays, so we understood. We did email them to keep up, as no tracking number was sent, and they arrived about 11 days after they said they were sent. We alerted our building supervisor to treat them with care, which we advise, and two people to carry, as they are very flexible, which carries inherent risk of breakage. Our tracking number did not work in the link they sent (we couldn't find them, as our dock supervisor had set them off in a locked office to protect them). We do strongly recommend Wood Panel Walls USA, as they make a beautiful product. Just order in advance of your needs, know there are real issues with finding good wood right now, and keep in touch periodically. We found email to be most effective, and they were responsive, even when we could not find our shipment that they had delivered as promised. We would definitely purchase from them again!

I've yet to receive goods and no sure if shipped or not. No help on phone

I ordered 39 panels from this company in November. A few weeks later they told me there would be a delay, which was disappointing but no big deal.

After almost 2 months of waiting and several emails (with wrong tracking numbers, calling me by other people's names, etc.) the product finally arrived, but they were packaged and shipped poorly with many boxes damaged in the shipping process.

When I opened the boxes to examine the product for damage, I found that the panels they shipped matched neither the samples they had sent me previously nor the claimed dimensions on their website.

What I paid for: panels that were 21mm thick, with a rigid felt backer.

What I received: panels that were less than 15mm thick, with a flimsy felt backer.

The customer service told me to mail back 39 10 foot long boxes to receive a refund. Shipping on that would require arranging some kind of freight delivery, at my own expense, which is of course absurd.

Do not buy anything from these people -- they appear to be using samples of a different product than they are actually selling.

Avoid!!! My order arrived with 4 out of 5 panels broken and they helped at all!

Placed an order 6 weeks ago and nothing has arrived, we've tried to call 100's of times with no one answering too. Also the address listed on the site is just a residential one!
