An easy comany to deal with
My aplication for woodsure was well explained and easy to complete, Nikki sent me the link and explained the contents of the form, i had her direct line so any questions i had could be quickly answered, she was helpful and well informed.

Woodsure Ready to Burn
We have been assured under the Woodsure Ready to Burn scheme for several years now. David came to take a sample of our firewood for moisture testing and was extremely helpful.

2nd Audit
Received our second Audit within the last two weeks and found David to be very helpful and informative. Hopefully the scheme will have great support in the coming years and will be fair to the everyone involved and it can only benefit the businesses in the long term

David came to collect some logs for moisture testing yesterday, Friendly and reliable. Woodsure is just the ticket in the firewood industry to help all firewood sales companies (big or small) to become compliant with the future laws that will be enforced into the firewood trade.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable
David visited our yard to collect a wood sample, whilst he was here he was happy to answer any questions we had regarding the ready to burn scheme. He was friendly and helpful throughout the whole visit. Any reservations we had we quickly allayed, he was here help us to achieve compliance rather than find fault in our systems.

Lovely people to deal with
Although initially anxious about the registration process we have found everyone at Woodsure from the lady in the office, to Bill and David who have visited us on site, to be very approachable and supportive. They were able to answer all our questions, offer practical advice, and seem keen for us to be successful.

Professional and helpful
Woodsure have been professional and helpful throughout the application, registration and certification process. The auditor was thorough and fair and the documentation is clear and concise. Office staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
