Took a month and a half to receive. Much smaller than expected. Color is very faded. Quality not good. Has cut on side.

Never received product and had to fight tooth and nail to get full refund. Tried to keep $5 as a “service charge” 🙄

Item never arrived. Ruined Valentines Day. All I get are templated emails from them. Scam website off instagram and the tracking program they sent tried to infect my computer.

Never order from Woohops they will use these unknown delivery companies like Hailify who lie and say they delivered your package when they did not.

Product is good however I was caught AGAIN with amount. Watch out for pricing as it looks like it's shown in AUD but was not... it was USD when I recieved the invoice/receipt after payment. Disappointing.

I got to the checkout, & it said I was buying (2) items, which was incorrect. I tried to edit this, but couldn’t - so abandoned my order. I then got reminders & went back to try sort it. I’m still not sure I purchased only I sweatshirt or more. So many emails generated by my purchase. Very confusing!!

It was easy to select my item and customize it. It arrived on time in perfect condition. I love it. In fact, I love it so much I ordered one for each of our girls. I will treasure it always.

The bracelet is an excellent piece, unfortunately I order a wrong size, but the company resolve my problem giving me a new one. Wonderful customer service.

I’m not getting any tracking updates at all and that pisses me right off

It has been 3 WEEKS since I placed my order. It was supposed to be a Valentine's gift for my stepmother. Tracking says "processing ". WHERE'S MY ORDER??

I think picture is not correct could you please cancel and I will reorder

Never received order. Was charged. Cannot track package due to terrible tracking sites. Reached out to company for help, received no response. Possibly my first internet rip off??????
