Have ordered several times now and while delivery isn't super super fast, y'all need to learn some patience its days not weeks.
Only slight issue I've had is that recent order of Yarnsmiths cotton aran in Bronze was lighter than on website. Still nice though.
Will not be my last order either

The website had everything I needed. I had been looking for a particular brand that was out of stock on another site, so I was really pleased to find it here. I think it’s great that you can choose the dye lot.

I chose standard delivery with Evri and considering I ordered late at night and there were 19 balls of wool, it arrived within 5 days. I didn’t hear anything after the order confirmation until it was dispatched two days later but it arrived quickly after that.

Everything was accurate and well packaged. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

and for yarn addicts their filtering function is the best there is: filter by brand, yarn type, weight, colour, type . . ..
If you have a pattern in mind and know what sort of colour you'd like to use it's so satisfying to be able to filter by colour and yarn weight and instantly have all of their options gathered together in front of you!

If you're just browsing and spot yarns you love you can create wishlists so that it's easy to get back to them when you find the perfect pattern to suit.

It must have taken much thought and work to put so much functionality into the website, but it does everything that a customer could possibly want it to do.

Lovely experience with this company. Chose Royal mail 24 shipping and it arrived fast. Yarn is good quality and as a newbie knitter I really appreciate the recommendation on which needle size to use. The organza bag that my yarn got sent in is super useful for storage of both yarn and knitting project. Will buy from them again.

I ordered several different coloured skeins in the same brand, I really like that you can choose the batch number when placing your order. My wool arrived promptly and was well packaged. No complaints.

The aftersales service is excellent. I wanted to add to my order and emailed Wool Warehouse, within 24 hours I received a reply from Vicky, which resulted in a phone call to Mavis and my order was amended. I had further correspondence to answer my queries from Paula and my order arrived two days later. My little Yorkie loved playing with the packaging! Ordered between Christmas and The New Year expecting them to be closed. Called to check as I was over two address' so wanted to know where would be best to deliver considering despatch dates. Lady on the phone was lovely and friendly and the order was received much before I expected!

I’ve ordered from WW a couple of times now. Items have been great and are well priced. Delivery isn’t extortionate and the products arrived very quickly!

I ordered a set of knit pro double pointed needles however when they were delivered the needles were missing and only the case arrived. I got in contact with customer services via email and they were prompt in their response and sent out a replacement next working day, these arrived very promptly and were exactly as ordered. I have been a long term customer for wool warehouse and have never had an issue however the response from my first time issue was fantastic. I would recommend to all for yarn related crafters and will continue to shop there for years to come myself.

I placed my order Sunday lunchtime and it arrived on Tuesday morning, using standard delivery. I wasn't really expecting it to arrive before Xmas so I'm very happy

I've ordered twice from the Wool Warehouse now, and both orders have arrived in really good time, especially the latest one when I needed the wool to complete jumpers for Christmas!

Hats off to Wool Warehouse for another year of a huge range of yarn and notions at excellent prices with speedy dispatch! My latest order was placed on Thursday evening the week before Christmas and I really wasn’t expecting it to arrive until after the big day. To my surprise it turned up on Saturday, just two days later. I’ve come to expect superb service from WW but this was even better than usual.
