Just put an order (#300094) on 20-03-2025, for stamp from multiple countries. most of the countries have been received well, except GIBRALTAR. never buy from this country again. customer support is also silent, don't expect anything from them

Stay away from them. After 2 months, my order still missing

Wij hebben een huis gekocht waarop zonnpanelen gistallerd staan van WOPA. Na diverse malen contact gehad en ook contact over E-MAIL nog nooit een reactie gehad van hun. Ik hen alleen maar werkende software nodig om mijn gegevens zoals opbrengsten en verbruik te kunnen bezien.. Ook de vorige eigenaren hebben contact met deze mensen gehad en hebben mij zelf een contact persoon genoemd, NOPPES. Wat een waardeloze instelling is dat. Ik heb 2 extra zonnepanelen nodig en een sterke batterij, maar WOPA komt er bij mij niet meer in. Ik raad ook niemand aan om met dit bedrijf in zee tegaan. Nogmaals WAARDELOOS in het kwadraat.👎👎🤗🖕

I ordered 5 months ago 2 silver coins worth 70 pounds, and never received anything.
They never responded to my emails either.

I am a customer for this site for a long time. They were very good at first but recently they become really really bad.
First of all their site has problems like:
-Numpad not working
-You have to empty the products from your cart one by one
-Their customer service do not answer e-mails
-Some countries exit from their site like Greece, Sweden, Maldives and they did not send anything about it to their customers
-If you want special items like blocks of 4 or strips of five you did not receive that special positions thanks to wopa's customer services
-some countries do not put every item to this site like Austria
Only good thing is you can buy stamps from countries like Spain,Estonia which do not have online shopping site
