From start to finish the service was great and professional. We were taken through all the options and decisions. The installers Andy and Taylor were great, professional, clean and tidy and also did a bit extra. Thanks everyone.

This is the second bathroom we have had fitted - the quality of product supplied and the skill of Andy & Taylor in fitting everything together is second to none - great work thank you all!!

This is the second time we have used Worcester City Bathrooms and we are delighted with their attention to detail, quality of the product and work carried out. We will be using them again on our second en-suite and cannot recommend them highly enough.

The offer was a bespoke bathroom which is exactly what they delivered. Our on-suite bathroom was transformed. We were given helpful advice in choosing the units, fixtures and fittings. They set a date for installation when we ordered, turned up on that day and basically finished when planned. The installation team did a great job in transforming our tired bathroom into a modern functional room. Thanks guys!

The work that was undertaken was for an older relative who had recently moved into a retirement flat. The whole process was handled in a very professional manner. She was able to visit the showroom and was taken through the various choices in her own time. She was kept well informed via myself of delivery dates. The fitter was excellent and kept the whole area very tidy and was very helpful and informative on what was happening. She was extremely pleased after having some concern about the upheaval of having this work done.

Worcester City Bathrooms provide a first class service for all your bathroom needs, the showroom has a great range to actually view which is great to see and makes choosing so much easier, they also provide a recommended bathroom fitter who comes around and measures up, a full design is then provided and matched to what we wanted fitted, so with everything ordered and a date set Mickey Hudspith turned up and started the job, his attention to detail was exceptional, we even changed our mind on fitting an additional storage unit mid build which was no problem for WCB to supply and Mickey to fit, the job was done brilliantly and the staff at WCB are so helpful and accommodating, a big thanks to Steve there who helped us through the project, and didn't mind our changes, we even also added a change to the shower type which Steve supplied and Mickey fitted, 100% recommend the team at Worcester City Bathrooms.

Good communication, good quality items, lovely show room and able to explain and demonstrate products well. Very professional. Overall very impressed.

WCB have been great, good quality fittings and Grant was a great fitter - did a great job with our ensuite and didn't settle for anything other than perfection. It all looks brilliant and we love using it, we'll be coming back to get our other bathrooms done very soon.

Everyone we had contact with was really helpful, from choosing the bathroom to the fitting. We are very pleased with the result, the workmanship is excellent.

The team were very pleasant to deal with, right from the initial design and purchasing, to booking and installation. The initial installation was done in good time, however there were a few delays / unforeseen hiccups in the process needing additional visits. We were kept in touch with throughout but the process did take longer than anticipated. Otherwise we were very pleased with the work carried out and the communication with the team.

My elderly mother needed a new bathroom and I'm so glad we chose Worcester City Bathrooms to do the job. Its a great one-stop-shop which made the process so much easier than having to deal with lots of different independent suppliers and trades people. Leonie at the showroom was super helpful when we came to choose the fittings and was mindful of Mum's needs and all the staff were really helpful, accommodating and understanding of my Mother's situation throughout the process.
Grant and Ben the fitters were fantastic with Mum and did a wonderful job. They were punctual, curteous, respectful and tidy workers. Grant kept me informed of progress and when they came across an unforeseen issue was quick to get in touch to talk through the options so I could help Mum with the decision on what to do. They really went above and beyond to help Mum and installed a fab new bathroom.

We are very pleased with the bathroom. The whole experience was good from the choosing of fittings with Leonie to the installing by Andy and Taylor and the team.
We have no hesitation in providing a strong positive recommendation.

Worcester city bathrooms gave an excellent sales service. We were guided through choices and were given valuable advise. The fitters were brilliant Harry and Brett were courteous and respectful of our home. Their workmanship was spot on and we are really pleased with the end result.

My experience with Worcester City Bathrooms was fantastic from start to finish. Going through a showroom set-up like this is not the cheapest option, but for me it made sense and made life very easy.

The showroom staff are helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their product ranges. They are also very patient when you are trying to make those difficult decisions about colours and finishes!

A couple of items were unavailable as my installation date drew nearer; I was kept informed and suitable alternatives discussed.

Rhys, my fitter, could not have been more polite and professional. He and his team tidied up the work area at the end of each day and talked me through where they were up to in the process. My input was sought on a day-to-day basis as needed, for positioning decisions.

I am very pleased with my bathroom and ensuite and have no hesitation in recommending Worcester City Bathrooms.

From changing different parts of the order to suggestions as to what would be best for my needs. This led to me now having a fabulous shower room. Would definitely recommend Worcester city bathrooms
