We love working with Workflow Magic! They setup custom boards for our business that streamline and automate hiring, CRM, and lead processes. We had ideas about how they would work in a magic world, synching with all of our other technologies to seamlessly integrate and they made them a reality. The team was very knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to work with. There are still simple things we can do in Monday ourselves internally, but Workflow was instrumental and remains a valued partner for our custom sophisticated builds.

Zein did a fantastic job! He is well adverse in Monday.com and can answer 99% of your questions. Zein always found a way to find a solution to our problem! He explains Monday.com in depth and is super helpful all across the platform. I would recommend Zein to anyone! We are so grateful that he helped us create almost 5 workspaces!
Pros and cons
Our organization worked with Alex to build a new portfolio and to create several automations for our customer awareness/engagement work.
Pros: tech-forward consulting that is willing to propose some unique solutions to business questions/needs beyond surface level. Alex was kind and nice to work with, even amidst some lack of clarity from our team on what we needed or how we wanted things to look initially.
Cons: Workflow Magic's offshore location/working hours limited our available time to meet, and several of the meeting calendar invites were initially sent over with incorrect times due to the time difference. There were also times we had sent over some implementation documentation that was missed or forgotten. A bit more attention to detail would've been helpful. There was also a consistent push to the Monday Academy resources for our learning and edification as opposed to helping us understand and unlock Monday.com's potential.
