Der Prozess zur Vertragsvorbereitung und die Abstimmung mit meinem eigentlichen Arbeitgeber außerhalb Deutschlands verlief überraschend schnell und unkompliziert. Die Vertragsunterlagen waren klar und verständlich, und die deutschen Regelungen wurden transparent kommuniziert was ich sehr schätze.
Der Service Desk ist stets gut erreichbar und antwortet zuverlässig innerhalb von 24 Stunden. Besonders positiv ist mir aufgefallen, dass das Team aktiv nachfasst, wenn ich nicht geantwortet habe um sicherzustellen, dass mein Anliegen vollständig geklärt ist und das Ticket ordnungsgemäß abgeschlossen werden kann.
