We have had a really smooth experience working with WorkMotion. From a People Operations perspective, the platform has been incredibly user‑friendly and easy to navigate. Over the past six months, we’ve onboarded around 50 talents from 8 countries, and the whole process has been consistently reliable and well‑structured.

The integration with our HRIS has removed a lot of manual work, and the workflows are clear enough that even complex cross‑border cases feel manageable. The team is literally responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to clarify country‑specific questions, which makes a huge difference when you’re dealing with multiple jurisdictions.

I love how quickly they respond — a couple of weeks ago I opened a ticket and they replied in less than 3 hours. However, I don’t like that local holidays aren’t included (national and regional holidays are included, though).

The user experience of this software is very friendly, while browsing you understand easily the solutions they provide us. I can enter my appointments quickly and efficiently. In addition, there's WANDA AI, an AI-powered assistant that reminds me about scheduling appointments weekly. I can also easily view my contract documents and download PDFs directly from the platform. There's also a chat function that allows me to create support tickets if I have any questions and the staff is always there to help. Payment deadlines and all other information are clearly laid out and easy to access.

The onboarding process was pretty smooth. My HR contact was responsive and helpful throughout, answered every question quickly and guided me through the whole setup. The platform covers everything in one place. As someone living in Germany and working remotely for a US company, having WorkMotion handle all the legal and compliance complexity is genuinely valuable.

I have been using Workmotion for two years now, and it's my first experience of using such a service. I was initially a little bit skeptical, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The platform is easy to use, covers all my needs, and the staff are tremendously helpful whenever any issue comes up that I need help with. Booking time off is extremely easy, and documents are always easy to find.

I know my employer has also had no issues with WorkMotion, they take care of everything and my line manager found it very easy to approve my time off etc. I recommend Workmotion without hesitation!
