Ordered watch 2 weeks ago no confirmation email only action monies removed from account think I got robbed by FB advertisement.

I bought a watch it worked. However the charger gave trouble so I bought a replacement. A strap arrived I have emailed them but still no charger after 3 months. I did get 1 promise from Jeremy in March, still waiting

I ordered a watch on January 23,2021.The payment of $221 came off my credit card that day, and I still don’t have it. With no explanation, no email, nothing. When I Track My Order is says in big black bold letters “ON HOLD”.
I have left messages, never to have my call returned. I have emailed them, no response. This company is a fraud.

This 'Smart' watch is absolute junk. Worked for about two weeks until the electronics crapped out and left the watch face unreadable. DO NOT BUY THIS CHINESE KNOCK-OFF unless you need to throw money away.

I have been trying to get a hold of this company. They do not respond they say to leave a message and never get back to you I ordered a watch around a month ago and I haven't heard nothing they took the money out the same day I expect to hear something from them soon or I am going to turn them in this is ridiculous. I will never order from them again

I received one email from someone claiming to want to help with my situation, after weeks of numerous phone calls and emails. Probably after the poor review that I sent. I responded and I’ve heard nothing back after three weeks. This company miss-represents itself, claiming the product comes from Canada when it comes from China. I am very careful to order products that are only made in the USA. But I did take a chance on this one. Never again. Do not order from this company!

Watch took about 4 weeks to arrive. Wrong colour so sent email to ask for replacement or refund.on 22nd Feb. No reply! Again on 9th March No reply. Sent yet another email Failed another Failed, and today again Failed. I have lost £117,99 and on checking returns info on website, at the very least if I did get a refund I would lose 25% + postage, also says I need a receipt which was not sent. Any suggestions?

bought the smart watch as a christmas present .would not synchronise with the phone and could not input the data . When compared to an existing smart watch the readings were 25% out. They suggested i return the watch and gave an address in china. I returned the watch ,sent proof of postage and have since had nothing. No watch , No credit No response to E mails, Now £104 out of pocket to this rip off company

I would agree with the other poor reviews here. Tried to send watch back - the BP function didn’t work properly, but no joy. Kept ignoring my emails. Should have had a 14 day cooling off period, but they ignored that as well.
Buyers beware

Terrible company and even worse customer service. Been communicating by email and phone calls about 90 % of emails answered. No receipt was given for 2 weeks. It took 3 emails and 2 phone calls to get someone to answer me. They send me the receipt but no shipping info. Took another 3 unanswered emails before I got my shipping info. Discovered it was coming from China. Asked them to cancel and no response. Finally after 2 months got watch. Total crap! When I complained they took another 4 emails to respond. I would have to pay for shipping back to China and would be charged 25% restocking fee. No guarantee I would even get money back. This company is a fraud and miss represents themselves as a Canadian company. Save yourself the trouble and do not deal with this company!

Product was shipped out but got lost in transit or stolen company send out new product fast with no fuss thank you again

This company is reseller of products from People's Republic of China. Products are NOT based out of Canada. I waited 30-days for my order. Then when I received it, I installed the WearHealth app to be shocked at the user agreement and privacy policy. Go ahead and agree to send your personal data, give access to your contact, and allow access to your camera to china. Oh and their FAST/EASY RETURN policy. For manufacturers defects only. My loss, is future better-educated non-buyers gain!

We have been unable to get in touch with the company. It took 5 weeks to receive the WorkoutAid and then after 3 days the Bluetooth connection to the smart phone just stopped. Uninstalling and reinstalling the phone app as well as resetting the watch did not fix it.
Phone calls and emails to them go unanswered.
I DO NOT recommend the product at all
