I had an amazing experience with meditation class, I was suffering from bell palsey since 2 yrs , I tried NLP, angel therapy, reiki,counseling , diet, but no use i joined this course on 10 Dec'23 & from that day i started working on myself & miracle happened on third day i felt my face was very light & no stretch in my face muscles& no pain this was a magic for me as I was expecting that it will happen one day I am blessed to be the part of this family & lots of gratitude to Dr Peeyush sir for guiding me through this meditation process. It's really nice experience to rule that the results we are trying to find outside are with in us and our mind. If we change our inner world, outer world will definitely change. Peace , calmness of mind is the key to success and we need to practice meditation for same. Positive self image is also key to success. What you think you become and many more such concepts taught !
