Workspace369 is client-work software for freelancers, consultants, agencies and growing service teams: proposal software, e-signature, client portals, CRM and invoicing in one place. Your client gets one branded link. They pick a package, tick any optional add-ons, sign the proposal and pay the deposit by card, in about three minutes and without creating an account. If a contract is attached, they sign it in the same sitting, and onboarding workflows can start automatically when the proposal is accepted, the contract is signed or the payment arrives. Behind that link, everything stays connected: CRM and client records, proposals and contracts with e-signature, online payments and invoices, projects, tasks and time tracking, calendar, client portals, files and workflow automations. Voyager adds a shared inbox with SMS and calls, and Specialist adds booking pages. Teams can give contractors and account managers access scoped to just their assigned clients. Plans start at $29 a month (Cadet, one seat), with Voyager, Specialist, Commander and Enterprise for bigger teams. Each plan includes its seats, and extra seats are $10 a month from Voyager up. Cadet, Voyager, Specialist and Commander start with a 14-day free trial. Every plan includes Workspace369's public MCP server, so teams building with Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor can use it as the backend for their own AI tools and custom CRMs. The REST API comes with Specialist and up.
