Disappointed customer
Workwear cancelled my order after 14 days after prompting them about my order 2 times that is when they responded claiming that they have tried communicating but I donât have any proof now they just cancelled my order without communication while i need it for school. If they couldnât do it they should have just said it. Poor service indeed and am disappointed.

We all receive a great service by Chelsy, and have been dealing with her and the company for many years. The uniform is great quality and the embroidered logos really finishes it off.

I ordered an apron
I ordered an apron, not sent a proof ! It arrived - the name was in black (on a red background) can hardly read it and the logo, which is normally vibrant and stands out, again blends into the red apron.

Hi,
We're sorry to see this review. Having looked into your order, the issue appears to have been related to the courier delivery rather than the order itself.
We understand how frustrating delivery problems can be and would have been happy to work with DPD to help resolve the matter had we been contacted.
Please get in touch with our customer service team if there's anything we can still assist with.
Kind regards,
Workwear Supermarket
