I used Mcfadden Group services and was very pleased. They exceeded my expectations. From my first encounter everything went smoothly. The owner kept us updated plus finished our services promptly before the deadline we anticipated. We most definitely will be using his consulting skills again in the near future. We mentioned we were celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary and received a customized fugurine from Amazon with our names and wedding date. This was beyond thoughtful also meaningful to us. If you want top notch service look no further Mcfadden Group is top tier 5 stars across the board

In my experience, Robert was extremely disorganized, non-communicative and unprofessional. As an accountant, he forgot to pay our quarterly estimated tax payments and made several other mistakes in the process of filing our tax return. As a bookkeeper he was even worse. He routinely forgot to make payments on time to our product supplier which is detrimental my business. In addition to that, he never was able to submit a single monthly profit/loss report on time. Getting answers from him was like pulling teeth. He would go days without responding to very serious concerns.

Not once did he ever apologize of any of his mistakes or chronic tardiness. Working with Robert was very stressful and I would not recommend working with this man, especially not his bookkeeping service.
