Do not send your money to these people! You will not receive anything. They are scammers and are falsely using the details of a genuine car parts company in Southampton. The positive reviews are fake. Be warned!

Website is fake, ordered an item received an email confirmation but nothing else. Told goods would arrive but never received anything. Tried telephone numbers on website they do not work.

Phone numbers are dead. Company name and address at the bottom of the page is a car parts shop in Southampton who have never heard of this website or Workyshop.
Advertising electrical goods at unbelievably low prices - too good to be true. No goods will ever arrive, your money will vanish along with the website.
The positive reviews on here are obviously fake, just check the odd wording & grammar. They are all from new accounts with only 1 review ever posted!

Although the coffee machine makes good coffee, it’s not as great as I expected. It’s easy to use and clean, and the design fits well in my kitchen, but I’ve had some issues with consistency in the brewing.

My mother bought a tumble dryer from them, noticed the payment system was a bit off and tried to call them and none of the numbers work.
I got on Google and found SOTON CAR PARTS have recently posted saying they are nothing to do with this website at all and then I was led here to see others have faced the same issues.
We are now on phone to bank to try and get the money back and will be reporting the website to all places we can.
It's disgusting that so many have already reported it and yet it was still there for my disabled mother to be conned by them.

100% a scam website. Registered in the USA, but registered address in a small car parts company in Southampton. Car parts company that also sells coffee machine, tumble dryers and washing machine at suspiciously low prices. The T&Cs are clearly lifted from another company, most likely clothing or shoes, as it reference clothes or shoes not fitting, when they don't advertise selling clothes. They claim to offer warehouse collection, from a generic office building in Manchester. Returns policy is clearly designed to stall and delay you, have to email them to get returns address, you'll never hear from them. First paragraph says "If you have received product that is not the right size or colour or you have changed your mind and wish to return it". They don't sell clothes. The privacy policy is lifted from another company, most likely a random finance company.

100% a scam or fabricated website - do not purchase from these.

I received my order in good condition and the instructions were clear. The customer support team answerd my questions promptly and offered useful guidance. I felt confident buying here.

The items look solid and match the details shown online with checkout being quick and support giving clear answers throughhout my questions.
