This property is in Holland and is up for sale.
Obviously this is not a real head office and a property they have selected as it is empty

As with everyone here i have been scammed, have not even received my product and no response to contact, Avoid at all costs

Similar story to the many below. I bought a smartwatch for my wife just before Christmas. Got up this morning to find the charging cable on fire, badly damaging the bedside cabinet and now unusable. Very lucky this wasn't on the carpet or the house would have burned down. I've emailed the company to see how they will address the situation - still awaiting a response. Watch cost me ~£50 the cabinet cost me ~£250.

I only put one star because it would not accept less. This company is a complete scam substandard items not fit for ulpurpose will fail within weeks of receiving and no refunds available. Save your time and put your money in a charity box.

This company World Best Sellers is a complete con do not buy from them.
I bought a watch from these people which turned out to be rubbish it had blood pressure heart rate on it the readings where completely false .
The battery only lasted a few hours.
I got in touch with the company explained the problems they e mailed me to say return the watch and we will give me my money back. They received the watch back in March which they acknowledge receipt.
I have written to them at least 10 times asking for my money as promised, they do not reply.

The exercise product shown in the picture and ordered was not what I received. Instead they posted a cheaper alternative. I told them this was fraud and offered a partial 20% refund. This was 3 months ago but never received the refund. A fraudulent outlet that have no respect for customer rights and are dishonest. Do not be scammed.

I purchased a Christmas present in December 2020 from World best sellers UK thinking it was UK based and they are not. they are from China - which I dont have an issue with but what I do have an issue with is that its now April 2021 and still no product, no refund all they have done is said I need to contact the courier - who is also Chinese which means that it didn't even get yo the UK. They have not helped me to resolve the issue or offer a refund. So DONT shop with them is all I can say.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THEY ARE CROOKS THEY SENT ME A WATCH THAT DIDN'T WORK AND THEN I SENT IT BACK AND THEY WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. AGAIN DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS.

Same story about Samsung Galaxy Watch except the delived item contained an empty box which related to a cheap copy made in China. this was clearly printed on box. Refund requested but told a replacement had been sent and delivered. Not true.Scammers avoid at all costs.

Bought a bedside clock... Which was supposed to be radio... After arguing that their advert was inaccurate they agreed to refund if I posted it back to Poland... return postage was same price as the item....

Avoid these scammers

The same story as everyone !!! I ordered a Samsung Galaxy in December 2020 and got a Chinese watch! the difference is that the same day that I bought it I saw this page and realized that it was a scam, so I notified my monzo bank and they still had the money withheld, so they gave me the money back and I blocked my card. A few days later I received the watch and verified the scam when I saw that it was Chinese! The worst thing is that now the Monzo despite showing all the evidence of the scam, tells me that he should withdraw the money from the account because the merchant rejected my claim! And of course he will reject it if they are scammers !!! I feel scam by these stupid and Not cared for by the online bank Monzo!

Like many others, I ordered a so called ‘Samsung Galaxy smart watch. It has never worked apart from telling me the time! I have sent numerous emails and received several answers telling me they will offer me a discount on future purchases. They have shown no apologies. DO NOT USE THEM! They are a scam!

This is not a genuine company. Samsung watch is a fake piece of rubbish that doesnt even work properly. I returned the item tracked it was not delivered to the dodgy address they gave me but was returned to me. Im now out of pocket for the return of the watch and the piece of crap watch. I was promised a refund they now ignore my emails and no refund!!!!!

Never again will order with this company! I have ordered Samsung Galaxy watch but received chinesee thing! Paid 55£ and send it back for refund but no one reply now on my emails and I do not have my money back!!! Be careful!

Same story as all the others on here with the Samsung watch.
Unfortunately I paid £12 to return it with proof that they have received it but still no refund 3 months down the line.
They are just ignoring my emails now.
Can’t believe I was ever so stupid to order without checking review first.

I would never deal with this company. I ordered a Samsung watch as a Christmas present. I placed the order on the 2/12/20 and have never received the item. I have emailed this company no end of times, they keep saying it should be any day now. I have requested a refund, but no response. Be careful if this company.

I have the same story as everyone else with a Samsung Galaxy watch. I won't forget to look up a company's ratings before I buy next time.
Has anybody had any success with refunds from PayPal?
